Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate quoted by contractor shall be deemed to include to necessary scaffolding etc.

Material and Labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, fins, facia, etc. mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions finished even & smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 (in patch work of area not exceeding 3 sqm) on ceiling of facia, chajjas, projections and similar work mixed with liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) as per manufacturer’s instructions finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and Labour for extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, sunk panels,cornices, drip moulds and similar work n exc 15 cm in width or girth; including cutting to edges, all mitres and stopped ends,etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls etc. up to 9 m height by scrapping, sanding with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism with dust carrying bag), sanding pad, sanding paper etc. to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for exterior painting work including touch-up by using wall care putty with silicon additives to obtain required smooth surfaces as directed including application of one coat of smartcare damp prime exterior primer on entire walls and Chajjas etc. and applying two coats of modified acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon having anti-algal and dust pickup resistance properties, (Nano technology), in camouflage pattern as per approved CCD Scheme design (as per new Sigma pattern Approved by Station Authority and RGB value variation from 110 to 171 by using 3-5 colour dark shades/ Colour as approved by AGE(I)) complete as per manufacturer's instructions by using Roller / Brush including cleaning of drops and splashes on window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc. and cleaning premise clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed. (Doors, windows shall be covered with a plastic wrapping sheet and masking tape and removing the same after completion).

Material and labour for filling up all cracks and defects on plastered surface of walls, etc. with and including 1mm thick external wall care putty including applying one coat of exterior primer and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint with silicon having anti-algal and dust pickup resistance properties in Camouflage pattern as per approved CCD Scheme design (as per new Sigma pattern Approved by Station Authority and RGB value variation from 110 to 171 by using 3-5 colour dark shades/ Colour as approved by AGE(I) ) complete as per manufacturer's instructions including cleaning drops and splashes on window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc. and cleaning premise clean and tidy complete all as speciefed and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.
