Earth work excavation above water level in light or sandy or clay soils for infiltration well of 4.50m dia ( internal) including leveling the site and as directed by the departmental officers open well excavation for infiltration well for first depth of 1.00m

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm HBG metal for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or Roof slab wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3, 12mm thick and with Kraft paper without claming etc., as directed by the department officers as per standard specification.

Sinking of infiltration well of 4.50m internal dia and 5.50m external dia below water level including all incidental charges in light or sandy soil.First depth of 2.0m

Second depth of 2.0m

Third depth of 2.0m

Porous concrete in CC 1:4 ( one cement and four hard broken jelly of size 20mm) for steining of infiltration well excluding cost of centering but including curing etc., complete and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six broken stone jelly) using 40mm size hard broken stone jelly for dummy columns, excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete. (Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 for slab to be extended upto top of splashing with pressed tiles and future extension rods to be embedded in CC 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three M.Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly). Dummy columns should be at least 1 metre height)

Centering shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation and Basement and in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90x60 cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25mmx25mm x3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joints of 10cm size x6.5cm size spaced at about 90 cm center to center and supported casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm center to center complete complying with standard specification. for plane surface
