Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over lastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Wall painting Two Coat with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour.

Spirit Polishing Two or More coats including a coat of wood filler including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work approved design by E/I.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing in place a full height storage cabinet 450 mm deep made with 19 mm thick ISI marked ply borad, all interior surfaces to finished with pasting of 0.8 mm thick mica and all exterior surfaces to be finshed with pasting of 1 mm thick mica of texture and colour as approved by Engineer in Charge including all labour, T&P, other items like (but not limited to) fevicol, nails screws, higes, sliders,door handles, multipurpose lock of godrej or equivalent rate etc. required for proper completion of works, to be measured interms of front area only.
