Dismantling roofing including ridges , hips,valley and gutters etc., and stacking the materials within 50 meters lead of: Asbestos cement sheet

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profiles sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in- Charge ) 0.50mm (+0.05%) toatal caoted thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS :240 mpa steel grade,5-7microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyster top coat 15-18microns. Sheet should have protective guard fils of 25 mocrons minimum to avoid scratches during transportion and should be desired by Engineer-in-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size(5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces,execluding the cost of purlin, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Steel wok in built up tubular (round ,square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.)trusses etc., including cutting , hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washer etc. complete.

Providing and laying PCC of specific grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All works upto plinth level and including cost of cement, mainland river sand& stone aggregate,cost of all labour charges and transportation chargesof all materials to the worksite & cost of minor tools,labour cess, GST etc. complete.1:3:6( 1 cement , 3 mainland river sand, 6 grade stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size from mainland quarry)

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 with 12 mm thick over exposed surface of concrete, hollow block walling, including cost of cement, mainland river sand, cost of transportation charges, all labour charges and minor tools, GST etc. complete.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required sizeM.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters & including Transportation charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc., complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window , ventilator, shutters and partitions etc with PVC neoprene gasket etc., complete as per the architectural drawings and the direction of EIC (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item). with glass panes of 5.5 mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm and including cost of all materials, transportation charges,material to work site, cost of all labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc., complete).

Dismantling cement concrete manually by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer in charge 1:2:4/1:3:6 or richer mix , cost of all labour charges ,transportation charges and minor tools , GST, Labour welfare cess etc. complete.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill of weight not less than 2.07 kg/sqm (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised.

Painting with Synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade as directed by EIC, including cost of paint , brush, scaffolding charges,transportion charges of all materials to work site all labour charges,minor tools labour cess & GST etc.,complete. a) Two or more coats on old work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grm/litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over the old surface including cost of distemper, materials to work site, scaffolding arragements, all labour charges, cost of mior tools, GST, labour cess etc., complete.

Painting two coat with antifungal paint of approved brand and manufacture on old wall surface to give an even shade including cost of other material , transportation charges, labour charges scaffolding arrangements, cost of putty, minor tools, GST, labour cess, etc., complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shutting, including Cost of cement,mainland river sand & stones, all labour charges, labour cess , minor tools and GST etc., complete . All work up plinth level 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size form Mainland quarry)

Centering and shuttering including shutting, propping etc., and removal of from work and including cost of all materials to works site, cost of all labour charges, labour cess, minor tools and GST etc., complete . a) Foundation, footing, bases for columns

Fabrication and fixing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including cost of Tor Steel, cutting, bending, binding and placing in position, cost of binding wire, minor tools, GST, labour welfare cess etc. complete .
