Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as directed by Engr -in Charge.

Material and Labour for point wiring with FR PVC insulated unsheathed, stranded copper conductor cable single core 1.5 Sqmm for one light point controlled by one one way switch incl one PVC insulated, un sheathed Single core stranded/solid copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm for continues earth wire .drawn in and including PVC heavy duty casing capping 20/25 mm width complete with all accessories including sheet metal MS box of suitable size of 1.2mm thick or PVC rectangular switch board of suitable size incl 3.0 mm thick laminated sheet cover and fixed with brass screws, cap washers etc to be fixed flushed on wall including white washing/colour washing/distembering to match the disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engr -in Charge.
