M&L for making good under cills or over arches, lintels and bressummers. Including all pinning when necessary in Cement mortar 1:6 Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Forming jambs, etc. to openings (to foregoing item), including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work, complete in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specifed and directed

S&F Anodised aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) section of approved make for frame and shutters of doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates incl fixing with dash fasteners of required size and dia and filling up the gaps at top bottom & slides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc with and including joining cleats, glazing clips, channel etc for fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F 4.0 mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazed oil putty in square not 0.50 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed to frames with and including necessary aluminium clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing of framed work such as grills, gratings, cooler stands etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including necessary fixing to walls as directed.

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a cot of red oxide, zinc chrome primer.

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surface of walls and applying one layer of white putty and two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of compatible primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L point wiring with PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed cable 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and drawing concealed in wall & including rigid PVC conduit FRLS, medium grade ,ISI marked ,terminal box of 1.6 mm thick and its also including various sizes of module plates with frame in gray/white colour and hylam sheet also including porvision of earth wire PVC insulated FRLS 1100 Volts unsheathed 1.5 sqmm stranded copper conductor single core cable connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.
