The tiles fixed shall be han/Machine polished and holes and joints not properly filled should be redone. The entire top surface should be left smooth. No extra charges shall be paid for cutting of CI tiles. The area shall be kept wet for a minimum of 20 days. The tiles to be supplied as per the Pattern /sample approved.

Providing & Fixing of Powder coated Aluminium glazing/ windows in specified windows. The glazing to include Aluminium sections of size 2.25”x1.5”in frames & 1.5”x1.5” in shutters and 5mm thick glass of Saint Gobain/ Modifloat/ Asahi, all necessary hardware including Hinges, stays, bolts etc. The Aluminium section used to be of 12 gauge shell thickness.

Same as above but for doors and partitions as specified . The section of frame be 4"x1.75" and that of door shutter shall be 3"x1.5" and shell thickness of 12 gauge.
