Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg per Sqm including applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltrs per square meter over clean RCC/plastered roof surfaces and adjoining vertical surfaces complete all as specified.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI Marked) complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour water proofing treatment to SUNKEN PORTION and adjoining walls of kitchen, WC, Bath & Toilet, etc, as follows, complete all as specified & directed :- (a) 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer's instructions shall be provided on sunken portion after roughening of surfaces. (b) Apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg /Sqm of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sqm and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (d) Pond curing of sunken portion for minimum of 48 hours. (e) Paste one layer of 3mm thick APP membrance with bitumen by torch application to the the treated sunkensurface. (f) Joints/ traps /WC /soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound.

Material and labour providing protection layer applying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 (cement coarse sand) admixing Fosroc Conplast WL @ 125ml per 50kg cement bag complete all as specified and directed.
