Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor or paving of any description n.exc. 15cm thickness (Un reinforced) below or above GL and removing debriss from site of work outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for footpath / hardstanding finished spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal whilst while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base/foundation filling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-20 Grade, with gery cement and no pigment set and jointed as per manufacturers instructions, laid over sand cushioning, including dismantlig the existing stone slabs/tiles of any description or thickness etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Rate quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to inclusive of filleting the sides of pavement with plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, finished even and fair. (ii) Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separaterly.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Pinned thickness of not lessthan 50mm shall be measured only.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and and removing debriss from site of work outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L chequered cement concrete, coloured tiles,textured finished of size 250 x 250 x 22 mm/300 x 300 x 22 mm thick set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment in floors to match with colour of tiles, including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.60mm (over all dia) PVC coated GI chain link fencing having 2.8mm dia GI wire and 1.4mm thick PVC coating and size of mesh 60mm x 60mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS Screw bolts hot dip galvanized machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends ,each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut 5 to 10mm dia meter of neck exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 8mm dia and over MS deformed bars, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding with MS wire(annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work as in gates, grills/ gratings, fencing post and struts including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets,nuts & bolts etc for securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or riviting etc., similar works con forming to Fe-410 or Fe-310 grade,complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of ornamental and intricate design with angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete using Steel Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embeded in natural ground, etc and removing debriss from site of work outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, and getting out in soft/loose soil, including returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in post hole filling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of Steel and Iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble using Secundrabad stone, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Walling of random rubble using stone retrieved from demolition, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing with cement mortar 1:4 to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks built in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick surfaces of walls finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement and including Preparing newly plastered surfaces and apply two coats of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, inlcuding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, inlcuding cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms,over 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, etc complete all as specified and directed
