Annual Maintenance contract of General Housekeeping and Horticulture Services at BEL Pune Factory for the year 2025-27.

Carrying out day-to-day Internal and external housekeeping of Buildings, Sheds, Hangars, Testing tank cleaning, sanitation works like cleaning and upkeep of toilets, basins, urinals etc., Cleaning of terraces, underground drainage lines as and when required or as directed by Engineer Incharge etc., complete as per scope of work, tender terms and conditions. Carrying out day-to-day Internal housekeeping of the clean rooms of Class 10000 cleanliness, Work includes cleaning of floor, wall panels,Doors, tables ,chairs etc. complete on daily basis as per the instructions by Engineer Incharge etc., complete as per scope of work, tender terms and conditions. [Note: (i) The rate to be quoted shall be for the complete finished work per month on Item rate Basis. (ii) The rate includes cost towards required number of labors for the entire work, machines, consumables for machines, tools and tackels, safety gadgets, shoes and uniforms to labours all as indicated in the tender. (iii) The rates are inclusive of PF, WC, EDLI, Uniform,shoes , Bonus, Leave with wages and same will be reimbursed on production of challans/bills etc. iv) The materials as and when required shall be supplied by the Contractor and the payment for the same will be made for the same under relevant items of this contract. (v)The rate quoted shall be exclusive of GST. No of Unskilled labours - 22 nos.

Providing supervisor to carry out day to day work as per the instructions of EIC.The rates are inclusive of PF, WC, EDLI, Uniform,shoes , Bonus, Leave with wages and same will be reimbursed on production of challans/bills etc. The rate quoted shall be exclusive of GST. No.of highly skilled persons - 2 no.

(ii) The rate includes cost towards required number of labors for the entire work, machines, consumables for machines, tools and tackels, safety gadgets, shoes and uniforms to labours all as indicated in the tender. (iii) The rates are inclusive of PF, WC, EDLI, Uniform,shoes , Bonus, Leave with wages and same will be reimbursed on production of challans/bills etc.iv) The materials as and when required shall be supplied by the Contractor and the payment for the same will be made for the same under relevant items of this contract. Complete maintenance of the entire garden features including vertical garden having as per yard stick in the garden area i.e. lawn trees, shrubs, hedges, flower beds, foliages, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mover and brush cutter , removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by office-in-charge. (All ( tools and tackles are borne by Vendor. Good earth , fertilizers, pesticides wiil be prowided by BEL). Approx. quantity : 17700 sqm per month x 24 months = 424800 Sqm.for Two years Carrying out day-to-day road sweeping works in BE Factory premises by using mechanized road cleaning machine / equipment / manually as per the scope of work. Total quantity =20540.48 sqm per day x 26 days x 24 Months = 1,28,17,260 SQM for Two years [Note: (i) The rate to be quoted shall be for the complete finished work per month on Item rate Basis. (ii) The rate includes cost towards required number of labors for the entire work, machines, consumables for machines, tools and tackels, safety gadgets, shoes and uniforms to labours all as indicated in the tender.
