a) Manufacture the trailer frame using MS (72 mm square tubes) and 50 mm Klein drywood with anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment. External sheeting of the structure with 8mm HPL sheets, ensuring smooth finishing and glossy paint. Install rock wool insulation (50 mm) in the trailer's walls and roof where required. Supply and install a 4-wheel system with two pairs of leaf springs and a balance rod. Fit tyres of size 165/80 onto tyre hubs.Fabricate and install a serving window (685 mm × 1800 mm) with hydraulic hinges, a 6 mm glass panel, and a lock system.Line the inner walls with Gauge 18 stainless steel sheets.Provide flooring with not less than 12 mm HDHMR Sheet covered by a 1.5 mm Aluminium Chequered plate. b) 1.Install a stainless-steel-304 kitchen counter (5 mm thickness) with a 3-burner gas stove and dishwasher sink (550 mm × 300 mm). 2.Supply and fit a stainless steel almirah for storage. 3.Fit a microwave oven (30L, 1200 W) with a dedicated power socket. 4.Install an electric fryer (1500 W) with a temperature control mechanism. 5.Provide and install a deep freezer (50L, 250 W) for frozen goods, 6.Install a beverage cooler (250L, 200 W) with adjustable temperature settings. 7.Install a hot and cold-water supply system with a water purifier (RO+UV, 50 W. 8.Fit an electric water heater (geyser, 1000 W) for washing purposes. 9.Install a heavy-duty electric induction cooktop (2000 W). 10.Install a POS billing machine with a thermal printer (100 W). 11.Provide an additional ventilation fan (150 mm, 50 W) for air circulation. 12Install a 4 kg Class F (Wet Chemical) fire extinguisher in an accessible location. c) 1.Supply and install a 150 L antimicrobial overhead water storage tank with plumbing for refilling System and a 50 L wastewater tank. 2.Provide 20 mm PPR fittings for the sink and a 50 mm for drainage line. d) 1.Supply and install 5KVA Electrical Generator set as power Back up for electrical appliances. The Generator should be fitted in lockable enclosure within the Food Kiosk Body shell with all electrical wiring and fittings as per relevant IS standards. 2.Supply and install "three number 450 wp, 24V Mono-Crystalline solar panels" with 200Ah tubular battery and 1.5 kVA hybrid inverter 3.Lay electrical wiring using 1.5 Sq mm and 2.50 Sq mm cables for power and lighting circuits 4. Install lighting fixtures, exhaust chimney, cope lights, and acrylic alphabetical electrical signboards. e) Warranty of all equipment of the Food Kiosk will be 24 Months from the date of commisioning. During Warranty period , the Equipment will be covered under preventive , routine and breakdown maintenace free of cost.
