GE I R AND D/CHD-53/2026-27 PERIODICAL SERVICES TO PERIMETER WALL/BOUNDARY WALLS, COMPOUND WALLS, STEEL GATES ETC AT VARIOUS SECTORS OF CHANDIGARH

Material and labour for 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and treating the surfaces with existing finishes to match with existing up to G+5 floor buildings including Taking down cement plaster/ loose tiles in small patches as per site requirement in any situation / locatioon on brick or stone walls, RCC surfaces such as walls, ceiling, chajjas, beams, columns etc. (internally or externally) including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and complete all as specified and directed, cost of scaffolding and all safety measures shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Preparation of old brick or concrete/kerb stone surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.9 &17.10 of SSR Part-I and Clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc 30 cm height with synthetic enamel paint to match existing work (Height max 12 mtr all as specified in clause 17.10 & 17.14 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.8 &17.10 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new or old painted surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof acryic emulsion paints, exterrior grade (100% acryic) on surfaces of walls with applying wall care putty 2 mm thick (average thickness) in multistoried buildings three to five floors with and including requisite scaffolding and all necessary safety precuations and jhula arrangement all as specified in 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.6 & 17.17 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of weather proof acryic emulsion paints, exterrior grade (100% acryic) on surfaces of walls in multistoried buildings three to five floors with and including requisite scaffolding and all necessary safety precuations and jhula arrangement all as specified in 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.6 & 17.17 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry work, built in cement mortar incl all quoinns, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 08 above except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron mild steel work of any description or from any position complete all as specified and directed.
