Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, (1 st quality) with a coat of pink primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick on concrete surfaces in ceiling , in cement and sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-2003 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs cabinet mirror of size 350mm*600mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs stainless steel sink with draining board , made out of 1mm thick sheet for kitchen or laboratory with plug, washers, waste pipe, cast iron cantilever brackets, connecting union overall size 495 mm x 420 mm with bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm , making holes in walls for bracket and fixed in CM 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 type B0.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises outside MD land at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 350 mm x 250 mm x 7mm/450 x 350 x 7 mm thick, in dado skirting and vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match including rendering 10 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) light/dark coloured polished tiles of thickness 10mm, (1st quality) area of each tiles exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm and , in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Material and labour for Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but nexc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

(Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor.)

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.5 Sqm each etc including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm made out of 5 mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supply & fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type E-2 (1:5:10), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in floor of sunken and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 with using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag as in sunken portion, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.)

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC slab/sunken slab with minimum 3 mm thick weight 3.0 Kg/sqm, APP modified membrane non-woven polyester reinforcement ( wt no less than 150gms/sqm) with mineral finish on top to be laid by torch application method. On the dried surface applying one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 300 grams/Sqm with torch application, laid with over laps of 100mm joints of traverse direction and 75mm at longitudinal direction duly thermofused by flame torch all as specified in application manual of the company. Minimum Slope and cured well before laying mambrance shall be done complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
