Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or pointed surface of walls/pillars/cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying two coats of cement base paint as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of new wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material and labour for Preparing the surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying/treated with one coat of Creosote oil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces (plastered/unplastered) of walls/pillars /cornices by removing / scraping down all loose particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss & efflorescent salts, oil & greasy spots etc with using broom / steel patti / wire brush / sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water including applying white cement based putty where required for filling to depressions/nail holes/light cracks etc and to make surface even and smooth and also using sander machine (with provision of dust sucking) on uneven surface to make the surface even and smooth (before and after applying putty as per site situation) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, and after preparing the surface smooth applying one coat of cement base paint with paint brush or roller brush, as per existing or as approved tint/colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
