Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of +/- 2.5% and of capacity 5KVA.
(DG SET )
Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 125 KVA/ 100KW capacity Silent Diesel engine Generating Set (The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant lSI standard), 415 volts, 3 phase, 0.8 Power factor, 50 Hz, 4 wire system as per IS 10001/10002 comprising of KOEL 125 KVA or equivalent, developing 159 BHP @ 1500 RPM, Liquid Cooled, electric start coupled to alternator as per IS 13364 mounted on a common base frame with standard control panel for automatic starting on main control panel having meters, sound proof canopy, integral fuel tank with battery and leads and accessories complete in all respect with emission control device to control the PM within range as prescribed by NGT/ norms published vde GSR 804(E) dt 03.11.2022 of GoI and updated till date on procurement and CPCB approved acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Wellington including required PCC foundation as per manufacturers instruction and confrrming to conditions under IS 10004722/1460 BS 5514/2613/ 5000 ISO 8526/3046 all as specified and as directed.
(A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 125KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with widing in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of ± 1 % at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be inposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in ± 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/50001 IS - 4722 and as per the following provisions:- Make:- KIRLOSKAR/ JYOTI / STAMFORD/ CATERPILLAR/GREEVES

(E) Generator Monitoring Panel: Comprising of following:- (a) Microprocessor based integrator generator set monitories, metering, protection and control system with built torque matched volts/H3 over load control. (b) Engine protection for low lub oil pressure, high coolant temperature (alarm & shutdown)
(c) Alternator protection parameters like under voltage, over current, under frequency, over frequency ( alarm & shut down) (d) Relay drivers for remote annunciations (e) Cyclic cranking (f) Auto/manual start stop (g) Alternator trim adjustment from the front key pad (h) Operates within a temperature range 0- 50°C and humidity up to 95% (j) Remote monitoring capability through separate interface modules k) Genset metering parameters like lube oil pressure, coolant temperature, engine speed(rpm), run hours, DC voltage, 3 phase volts and 3 phase amperes, frequency, KW, KVA, power factor
(l) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure, high water temperature and over speeding of engine. (m) Coupling arrangement : - Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling fly wheel housing. (n) Accessories :-A VM Pads built or separately mounted to manufacturer base frames. (o) Base Frame: - Made out of ISMC 200 of sturdy design made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement and predetermined holes.
(p) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank of capacity minimum 08 hrs running storage (Inbuilt) made out of 3mm thick (Heat Retardant) sheet top and bottom with calibrated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, fuel pump of suitable capacity and connected pipe line should be installed with in built inside the acoustic enclosure is inclusive of the cost of DG Set and is as per manufacturer design. (q) Deliverables:- Confirms the norms established by CPCB.
(F) AMF PANEL:- (a) Auto Main Failure (AMF) panel made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, powder coated of conforming to IS 8623 totally enclosed dust and vermin proof with front and rear openings of 415 Volts, 3 Phase,4 Wire, AC 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar capacity required to carry current at 100% load of 58.50 KVA DG set with three phase and half neutral colour coded, prewired with copper flexible cable, be all as specified with the following accessories, control cable from Gen set to AMF panel:
(i) 200 Amps, 4 pole contactor - 2 Nos. (ii) MCCB, 4 Pole 63 Amps, 25 KA-2 Nos for both supplies suitable fuse links. (iv) CTs 50/5A for both the supplies. (v) DC Ammeter. (vi) DC Voltmeter. (vii) Push buttons. (viii) Indication Lamps. (ix) 2 over load+ earth leakage relay.
(x) Multi functional digital meter for KWH,KVA,KW,Amps,volts, frequency, power factor etc. (xi) SMPS Battery charger 12V, with trickle & Boost charging (xii) On/ Off switch. (xiii) Automatic/manual switch. (xiv) Hooter. (xv) Voltage sensing relay. (xvi) Six window enunciator for fault indications. (xvii) Electro magnetic relays. (xviii) Metering required in DG set :- A, V, Hz, KVA, KW, PF & KWH Metering required in mains :- A, V, Hz.
(G) Acoustic enclosure: CPCB approved enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:- (a) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration.
(b) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. (c) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (d) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (e) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance.
(f) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (g) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (h) Working space is to be provided around tube equipment for easy maintenance / repairs. (j) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (k) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the operation. (l) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. (m) Deliverables. 75 dBA @ imtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside tee enclosure will be within as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp.
(n) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination (o) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (p) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (q) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. (r) The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.
(f) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included in making necessary holes to walls and making good the distrubed surfaces to match to original specification and connecting up all as specified and directed. (g) Civil Works :- All civil works with PCC plat form and related to foundations including of panel and equipments and making good the existing structrure of distrubed during installtion and commissioning of Genset. The depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300 mm with antivibration pads or as recommended by the manufacturer.
EFFICIENCY : (o) Overall efficiency (AC mode) - 95.5%. (p) Efficiency (Battery mode) - 94.5%. And ECO Mode :- 98.5% BATTERY & CHARGER : (q) Battery type/No/Make -VRLA/LEAD-ACID Type / Default 32 Nos, Adjustable 40 Nos/ Microtek. (r) Charging current - 12 A Maximum , Audjustable 1A to 12A, Factory Setting - 4A. BATTERY ENCLOSURE : Battery enclosure shall be MS Powder Coated. INDICATORS : (s) LCD Panel Display - UPS Status , Load percentage , Load Amps on each Phase, output VA & Output Wattage per phase,, Battery Level, Input/output voltage, Input/output frequency, Input line current per phase, Input VA & Input wattage per phase, temp information and data Log Events. Make/Model : Super Max + series Super performance high frequency Online UPS of make MICROTEK or techno-commercially equivalent of EMERSON/APC.

Note :- The cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth strip of 32 x 6mm size and protection pipe of 40mm bore GI light grade is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate.
