Labour charges, cost of special such on large plate, shoe, catcher, coupling, bolt and nut, transport charges and handling charges. Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with river M - sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc., complete as per standard specification. TNBP No. 23 & 24

Laying with Plain Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement five M- sand and ten broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG Machine creased Machine crushed stone jelly of size 40mm gauge for founding and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brick Masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) for the following floor superstructure walls using second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 43/8”x2 3/4” etc., complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by departmental Engineers. Renewal of old damaged sheet with new one of Pre printed hot dipped galvanized roofing steel sheets with the following specifications. The material should be of PPGI tile profile with A. red colour 0.55mm thick having coil width 1170mm sheet width 1120mm and effective width 1035mm. The steel should be G.I. base pre painted hot dipped galvanized steel, sheet and to be fixed with screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z120 GSM paint thickness at top to be 18 to 20 microns and tensile yield strength of 345 MPA. The finish should be terra cotta finish like Malabar Mangalore tiles finish. The surface paint reflection should be glossy finish (optional matt finish). The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet into the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition on the spot. The sheets to be fixed at an average height of 5.50m by making suitable scaffolding arrangements on both directions. The rate inclusive of cost of materials, wastage of cutting for ornamental design, fixing and alignment to the roof portion, dismantling is required and to do to the original conditions, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Clean Surface thoroughly with water and remove any loose, flacks, fungus growth etc, by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing and wash with adequate water to get an absolutely cleaned surface to take on further treatment. Gal – Tech Multi proof Modified Acrylic polymer with cement and fine sand mix ratio 1:2:4 to full the grooves and surface cracks over that apply Gal – Tech Multi proof Modified Acrylic polymer with filler mix ratio 1:2 two coat over night setting. This will seal all the pores and invisible cracks on the existing cementations layer thus making it an intact strengthened roof, Over that apply INSULTEC Sunlight reflective insulation cum waterproofing polymer membrane 2 coats with water mix ratio 5:1.

Repaving the floor with plain ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design joint free of size 305x305x6 mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three M sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Renewing the damaged and broken flooring tiles with new tiles of approved quality of design and approved colour based on Double charged vitrified tiles of size 600 x600x8mm thick with joint laying design/method over a base layer in cement mortar 1:3(one of cement and three of M Sand]20mm thick laid straight in alignment and fixing inpsotion etc,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour and quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive ENgineer before use on work:

Dadooing the walls with ceramic tiles of approved quality colour design[ Digital high liter concept tiles of size 300x450x8mm thick in all floor over a base layer in cement mortar 1:2(one of cement and two plastering M sand) 10mm thick and laid in situ in true alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 in suit the colour of the tiles fixed inposition with out any air gap in the tiles neatly etc,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour & quality of tile should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Renewing the damaged beading with new PVC trim wall corner beading of best and approved quality including labour charges for fixing inposition etc,complete.

Renewing & fixing of Hylex board false ceiling using 10 mm thick of approved quality and design suspended from the ceiling up to a ceiling height of 4.50m from floor level using 'U'shaped galvanised iron channel of size 25x25x0.55mm thick at 1.20m centre on both longitudinal and cross direction for vertical support and fixing 'U' shaped G.I channel of size 50x30x0.55mm thick at 0.90m c/c on longitudinal direction respectively for horizontal support by using T.W reepers at corners and at intermediately fixing of plaster of paries on the panel provided as per design / pattern given by the site officer and finishing the ceiling surface with same plaster of paries materials etc.Necessary opening should be covered with acrylic panel complying with std. specification and as directed by the deptl officers etc., complete cost including all materials such as rawl plugs, bolts and nuts, G.I pipes, metal star screws,paper tape, jointing components etc complete. All the materials should be got appd. before use on work by the Executive Engineer.

Renewing and refixing with new Indian water closet Oriya type of size 580x440mm white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with ‘P’ trap or ‘S’ trap conforming to IS: 2556-part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring all-round the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5(one part of lime, two parts of plastering sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismantling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/ floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed European water closet with P or S trap and double flapped seat cover, 12 litter capacity low level flushing tank including all internal fittings on CI brackets, 12mm brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stop cock, 12mm nylon connection connecting with walls and floors including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supply and fixing in position 15mm dia Brass Chromium plated Two way tap with health facid of approved quality of special type (Heavy type) tap of approved make conforming to IS spn. and quality including cost of shellac, thread, cutting and threading wherever necessary etc., complete.

Renewing and re fixing in position of best quality of Stainless steel sink of size 600x450mm including the cost of 32 mm dia PVC waste 15 mm dia brass Nipple plug and brass tap 15mm chromium plated tap with chain and testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. The quality of sink and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Renewing the damaged and broken wash hand basin with new one fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550x400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia metre brass chromium plated pillar tap, 32mm dia metre G. M. Wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 15mm dia nylon connection etc. including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with pair of CI brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a priming coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc. complete complying with standard specification. The quality and colour of wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the E E before use on work.)

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Repainting the old iron works one coats with syntactic enamel paint of approved quality and colour including ordinary scraping using brushes and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Collecting the scattered debris from the campus and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3KM including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and leveling etc., complete.
