Supply of C&S make 2000 Amp ACB of model AH-20D-CS. Ref. Code AH20DCSMP3.1MD(S)
Dismantling completely the old C& S Make ACB of 2000 A from the Main LT Panel complete with the housing after disconnecting the mounting and joints with the main bus bars connections after taking proper shout down of the L.T. Panels Dismantling all the connection required to discharge the Circuit breaker completely.
Fixing the new ACBs of 2000Amp MDO type 3 pole C & S Make ACB complete with cadre in the chamber in proper manner including material and consumables for installation with complete work as required for mounting and fixing of the cradle/ ACB as required.
Dismantling the existing bus bars arrangement of 2000A ACB alteration/ modification of new bus bar arrangement along with addition of required bus bar lengths in Aluminum construction of as required and making all required joints of supply arrangement including bending/ cutting/ shaping of the bus bars as required. This job includes providing of consumables as per site requirement.
Dismantling of old door of the ACB chamber and fabrication and fixing of the new door fabricated in CRCA Sheet, complete of size as suitable for the 2000Amp ACB and with suitable cut out for ACB operation and complete with painted through powder coating and complete with other accessories like locks, hinges etc as required.
Testing and Commissioning of the newly installed ACB at No Load and then at On Load for required operation and power supply to the connected motors as per site requirement.
