Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sgm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Designing & Submitting the Structural design & drawing of Foundation, Coloumn, Beam, etc. For the proposed construction of Boundary wall and other Structures such as MS Shed, Roof Truss etc. Structural desingining & Drawing shall be done by a reputed consultant with prior approval of E-I-C. The contractor shall submit Structural design & drawing to the E-I-C- for vetting from any Govt. Engg. College. The Fees/Charges for Vetting shall be paid by the contractor. After vetting/approval of Structural designs and drawings, 03 (Three) sets of Good for construction drawings showing all relevant details by consultant shall be submitted to EIC. He shall also submit 03 (Three) sets of all the drawings in soft copy in USB Drive at his own cost.In case any clarification / alteratration is made by the E-I-C or any Govt. Engg. College, it will be made by the consultant for which nothing will be paid extra. Designs must be finalized keeping-in-view of the various security norms prevailing at the time of designing and consultant must be aware of all the security norms. Keeping-in-view of the security of the airport, design & drawing must be finalized in such a way so that construction can be completed in minimum time. Before finalization of Structural design & drawings consultant should explain it to with E-I-C. Note: The contractor shall appoint the consultant for Structural design with prior approval of the E-I-C.
Providing and Fixing Anchor rod of HILTI make HAS-U A4 M16*165 or equivalent with Adhesive Capsule of Hilti make HVU2 M16*125 or equivalent.The product should be approved by ETA, ICC, CSTB, COLA, BZS with Shock approval, Seismic (C1 & C2) approval, Fatigue and Fire Approvals in anchors to use in cracked/un-cracked concrete, tested for service temperature of -40 deg C to +80 deg C. Anchoring to be designed as per ETAG guidelines of post installation of anchors and TR 029. Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits/hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle to eliminate mixing error with standard HDE A22 battery dispenser along with piston plug. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The adequate embedment depth & number of anchors to be calculated as per Software & the report to be submitted to the project manager, design engineer for approval. Scanning before drilling to be done with Hilti Scanner to avoid hitting existing rebars. For zones with high seismicity , seismic designs are mandatory. For shear loads , base plate designed by SOFA , filling sets are mandatory.
