Dismantling the existing floor finish / Tiles and dadooing walls in cement mortor and clearing away with head load upto 100m, and lead of 1km including loading, unloading transporting charges etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including labour charges, lead, lift, T&P etc., complete.

Providing floor finish with anti-skid tiles (10mm thick) of approved size, make (Kajaria/Johnson or its equivalent), colour and pattern over 10mm thick Cement mortar 1:3 for bedding and pointing same coloured MYK laticrete cement paste in all floors, including cutting chase in walls wherever required, cost of all materials labour charges lead, lift, curing T&P etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing Solid Core Flush Shutters with teakply on both side with teakwook lipping alround 35mm thick with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202- 1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos SS 304 Grade Butt Hinges of size (125mm x30mm), 2 Nos .300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no.250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying ith standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Single leaf.

Colour washing with two coats for interior wall surface using ready mixed Weather Proof Emulsion (First quality - Asian paint ultima/Dulux weather shield/Nippon water bond) of approved quality over a coat of exterior emulsion water based primer in surfaces, including clean removal of dirt, cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, lead, lift etc.,complete as directed by the Engineer in charge..

Painting the wood work with two coats of approved quality and colour using Ready mixed enamel paint over a coat of wood primer (First quality - Asian paint/ Dulux / Nippon ) including removing of existing paint and through scrapping, primer, cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Painting the steel work with two coats of approved quality and colour enamel paint over a coat of primer of Zinc chromate including cost of all materials, brushes, lead, lift, etc., complete..

Fabricating, Supplying and fixing in position Mosquito net arrangements of fixed type. The Outer frame size shall be 31x31x1.55mm made with Powder coated Aluminium Natural colour matt finish with the Stainless Steel wire mesh etc., as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, labour charges, curing, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete.
