Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level and removing material from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls masonry walls, concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoin, arches pillars but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete article complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC (1:2:4) type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. Note – The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 1:2:4 type B1, complete all as specified and as directed. Note – The qouted rate shall be deemed to include for fixing of hold fast in the same opening irrespective of position of hold fasts and no separate item for making good of hold fasts shall be paid).

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged virified tiles 8-9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and surface finished even and rough to recieve tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per above item No 9 but in skirting to walls with & including 8.9 mm thick cement plaster in ement mortar (1:4) as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and as directed.
