Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and cleaning away all grass, vegitation, sapling, shrub, brushwood, undergrowth & removing rubish upto a distance of 50m outside the peripheri pf the area under clearance complete, all as specified.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sq.m on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick & height not exceeding 1.5 metre high from base watering, ramming to obtain optimum moisture condition to the specified percentage of standard proctor density not less than 95 percent and finishing to required size & shape as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: - (i) Removing boulders / lumps of size 75mm and above by screening the soil before filling in traverse.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in cills, steps, seicmic and other similar band, plinth courses, lacing courses , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating complete all as specified.

Brick work usingBrick work with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Brick work using old size bricks (EXCEPT BRICKS) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Straight or raking cutting in existing brickwall fair cutting n exc 10 cm width or girth on expossed surfaces of brickwork such as in splays, chamfers, etc including rubbed finish and wast as in making weep holes in existing drainage wall making good complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth using extra cement on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.
