Outsourcing of housekeepers (Multi tasking staff ) of skilled clerical category services for office work, in office hours daily at offices, trained in computer operators for data entry, maintenance of report and reports including data entry, generation of report, keeping record of progress of work, stores etc. maintaining and updating of file system, operating photocopier/Fax machine, receiving/ dispatching of office dak duly entering in register etc. per day including cleaning, dusting of office furniture & all type of office equipments, glass pane reaaranging of office furniture and equipments etc after cleaning including cleaning of office waste/dust bins including any other office work matter as instructed by officer-in-charge time to time by deploying minimum of 04 Nos. for housekeepers (MTS) in proper uniform specifying name on uniform complete all as specified in particular specifications and as directed by officer-in-Charge as per Apxx 'B' attached. Note: Timing per shift of housekeeping and conservancy services may be as under: For GE office - 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs as per office timing ((06 days per week) (except Sunday and holiday))

Outsourcing services of safaiwala during office hours for daily cleaning, sweeping, dusting and mopping of office complex, store room including toilet, passages etc. cleaning of floor, ceiling including door / window panes, corridors, office furnitures, glass, grills / guards, bar / mosquito proofing jali, name plates, office rooms, disinfection of rooms, removal of mob webs, cleaning of roof and drains,re-arranging of furniture etc after cleaning including clearing of office waste / dust bins, approved by cleaning agents and cleaning of latrins/toilet/wash rooms (ladies /gents) including wash hand basin, urinals, WCs, sinks, water coolers, window/split type AC, desert cooler etc complete with all toilet cleaners, metal/ plastic/ wooden /fountains/glass cleaner etc. and daily depositing all debris/ garbage/ waste material obtained from above to the near by main garbage pits of Muncipal Garbage/ MES depositing points by deploying minimum 13 Nos of safaiwala in proper uniform complete all as directed by Officer in Charge including supply of all required materials/ T&P items as per Appx 'A' attached. Services of Mali of skilled category for maintenance of office lawn, all plants, shrubs, hedges grass etc of GE(AF) office by deploying 01 No of skilled Gardener (Mali) per day in proper uniform with name plate on it. Mali should ensure the healing upkeep/watering of plants, pour manure, cutting grass and removing unwanted grass and plants etc and all as directed by officer-in-charge including using materials and T&P as per Appx 'A' attached.
