RIDF-XXVII/Karbi Anglong/04 Construction of RCC bridge No.13/2, over Horina River on Road from Dupor Timung Gaon to Dengaon, Phase-III under RIDF-XXVII of NABARD for the year 2021-22

1) Bridge Proper:- Labour for dismantling all members of the timber bridge (excluding piles) with necessary scaffolding, jati bamboos, jumper ropes etc, complete and stacking them at suitable places as directed (all members will be under custody of the contractor till taken over by the department)

Labour for taking out old piles of timber bridge with necessary scaffolding, jati bamboos, jumper ropes etc, complete and stacking them at suitable places as directed.

Excavation for structures : Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. I. Ordinary soil A. Manual means (I) depth upto 3.0m( without dewatering)

Excavation for structures : Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. I. Ordinary soil A. Manual means (ii) 3m to 6m depth( without dewatering)

Bored cast-in-situ M35 grade R.C.C. pile excluding reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. (Pile diameter-1000 mm)

Pile load test on single vertical pile in accordance with IS:2911 (Part-IV) a) Initial and routine load test

Cement concrete for reinforced concrete in pile cap complete as per drawing and technical specifications. N. without Plasticiser B. RCC Grade M25 ( Using Concrete Mixer)

Levelling course for pile cap : providing and lying of PCC M15 levelling course 100mm thick below the pile cap

Reinforcement in Foundation: Supplying, fitting and placing TMT IS:1786 Fe500 D bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications (a) TMT-IS 1786 ( Fe-500 D) Primary Producer (TATA/ SAIL/ Esser Steel/ Jindal panther steel/ Shyam steel or equivalent)

Providing and constructing temporary island for construction of pile foundation with depth of water upto 4.0m complete as per technical specification.

Providing and constructing one span service road to reach island location from one pier location to another pier location

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete, in sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification and steel shuttering formwork N. without Plasticiser F. RCC Grade M25(Using Concrete mixer) I) Height up to 5.0m

Supplying, fitting and placing TMT IS:1786 (Fe 500) bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications (a) TMT-IS 1786 ( Fe-500 D) Primary Producer (TATA/ SAIL/ Esser Steel/ Jindal panther steel/ Shyam steel or equivalent)

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical specification.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical specification B) Sandy material

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size toeards the wall and provided over the entire surfaces behind the abutement, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level elastomeric bearing conforming to IRC:83(pt.II) section IX and clause 2005 of MoRT&H Specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification' including steel shuttering formwork. N. without Plasticiser B. RCC Grade M25 ( Using Concrete Mixer) (II) For T-Beam and Slab (b) Height 5.0 m to 10.0 m

Reinforcement in Super Structure: Supplying, fitting and placing TMT conforming to IS:1786 Fe 500 D reinforcement in super-structure including splicing complete as per drawing and technical specifications (a) TMT-IS 1786 ( Fe-500 D) Primary Producer (TATA/ SAIL/ Esser Steel/ Jindal panther steel/ Shyam steel or equivalent)

Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Construction of RCC railing of M30 Grade in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolurence of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequat space between vertical posts for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Drainage spouts complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications.

Providing and laying strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement up to 70mm, complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/ supplier or their authorised represantative ensuring compliance to the manufacturar's instructions for installation.

Reinforced cement concrete approach slab including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification (a) TMT-IS 1786 ( Fe-500 D) Primary Producer (TATA/ SAIL/ Esser Steel/ Jindal panther steel/ Shyam steel or equivalent)

PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical specification

SSI works: Carrying out boring to make 150mm bores using casing not less than 150mm internal dia for all types of soil including clayey, silty, sandy and gravelly soil (except boring in rock) upto a depth of 30 m or upto refusal (N = 100) for collection of undisturbed/disturbed samples, carrying out standard Penetration Test (SPT) complete as per Appendix-2 of IRC 78-2000 as directed by the Deptt, including packing and carriage of all types of samples to the laboratory from the site of work and including carrying out all laboratory tests, preparation and submission of a report in quadruplicate with all sampling, testing to be done as per relevant IRC/IS codes complete as per direction of the Deptt.

2) Protection work: Providing and laying boulders apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm dia wire conforming to IS:4826 & IS:280 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10% extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 Kg each.

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media including boulder apron laid dry in front of toe of embankment complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. A. Stone/Boulder (including toe protection)

Providing and laying filter material underneath pitching in slopes complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

3) Approach work: Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shurbs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removel of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and staking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned up to lead of 1000 metres including removel and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thick. Construction of Embankment with materials obtained from borow pits, with all lifts and lead , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300 - 2 (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) Construction of Sub grade and Earthen Shoulders with approved materials obtained from borow pits, with all lifts and lead, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300 - 2 (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) from private land

Construction of Granular sub base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepered surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401 (with initial lead of 5 km) (ii) for grading -II material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, (with an initial lead of 5 km). A. By manual means (II) Grading -II material (b) using screening type-A

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, (with an initial lead of 5 km). A. By manual means (II) Grading -III material (b) using screening type-B

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt)using mechanical means (i) With Bitumen emulsion -CSS-1h

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.2 kg per sqm on the prepared dry bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt)(I) with Bitumen emulsion CSS-1h ( Dry and Hungry Bituminous surface)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.60 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, to the required level and grade. ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 Km from quarry and carriage of mixed materials up to 10.00 Km initial lead from mixing plant)(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the department) (A) without anti stripping agent i) Mechanical method using penetration grade bitumen(60/70 or VG-30 grade) and HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonne/hour

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminoius surface laid to the specified levels, grades and cross fall using Type A and B seal coats, ( including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 Km from quarry).(Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the department) (A) without anti stripping agent Case - I :Type A (Providing and laying seal coat comprising of a layer of bituminous binder ( paving bitumen 60/70 of VG-30 grade, followed by a cover of crushed stone chipping of specified grade)(Including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry)

Furnishing and laying of the live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations shown on the drawing or as directed by the engineer including preparation of ground, fetching of rods and watering

Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post size 15cm dia 150cm long, 75cm above ground and 75cm below ground, with 4-12m Tor steel main steel and 6mm MS stirrups at 30cm c/c/ tied in position with annealed black wire, cement concrete proportion 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size including cantering moulding the top, curing, painted black and white alternately in 23cm strips up to 0.75m from the top having reflective band 2 nos. of desired shade etc. as per design and direction complete

Providing and erecting of Retro-Reflectrorised cautionary, mandatory & informatory sign as per IRC: 67 made of high intensity encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick fixed on an angle iron of 25x25x4mm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M-15 grade Cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 60cm, 60cm below ground level as per approved drawing and sign. ( All the Steel work must be Tata/Sail/or any other approved brand) ii. 60cm equilateral traingle

4) Subways : Construction of Embankment with materials obtained from borow pits, with all lifts and lead , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300 - 2 (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) In each rows and rows being 2.1m. apart except for the navigable span which should be 3m. Post to be driven at least 180cm. or more below ground level including providing 20cm to 25cm center to center and placed over 20 cm dia, jungle wood dham, 15cm dia. jungle wood bracing collar fixed by bolts and nuts, straps etc. mature bholuka Bamboo cross groth all closely packed and tied 75cm wide track way made from 38mm thick 1st class local plank fixed on 75mmx100mm first class local wood battens 120cm apart and 3 lines of jati bamboo horizantal railing fixed in bholuka bamboo post placed at 210cm apart and white washed including all necessary nuts and bolts, coir ropes, struts, nails etc. complete with a layer of brushwood to exposed portion out-side trackway with earth topping complete as per direction of the department.
