Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roof etc. n.exc 15 cm thickness complete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in roof floor (other than ground floors) beams staircase, landing chajja and similar work complete all as specified.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded cdrushed stone aggregate) as in chajjas and the like, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick surface horizontal or sloping, fair finished surface of concrete, all as specified .

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in levelling /sloping course finished even and fair complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6,mixed with PD proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit or equvalant integral WP admixer @200 ml/bag of cement over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equ. in the ratio 1:4: 7 (one part super latex 302, 4 part water and 7 part cement ) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture per Sqm in two coats and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description from brick, stone walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed. Note-1. PD proof 101 LW(+) and super latex 302 shall be measured and paid seperatly 2. Thickness of two coats of super latex is out of 10mm thick of rendering coat.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1 :4 (10+5mm) in two layers mixed with PD proof 101 LW (or+) of fixit or equalant integral WP admixer @ 200 ml/bag of cement over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equ.in the ratio 1:4:7 (one part super latex 302, 4 part water and 7 part cement ) @ 1.50 kg of homogenious mixture per sqm in two coats including wire netting of galvanised steel wire of 0.9 mm dia and size of mesh 12x12mm and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement including complete all as specified and directed. Note-1. PD proof 101 LW(+) and super latex 302 shall be measured and paid seperatly 2. Thickness of two coats of super latex is out of 15mm thick of rendering coat.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10+5 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

M&L for cutting chases in V shape, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth on Bk walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement; 4 coarse sand)(sand source - Badarpur only) furrowing the under layer with scatching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 white cement: 1/2 coarse sand: 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings incl nailing with 75 mm MS nails @ 450 mm both ways on wall surface complete all as specified and forming groove (area of each panel not exceeding 2 sqm each) of size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete incl taking down old plaster as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L for Rendering 10mm thick on brick or concrete surface as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Supply only PD proof 101 LW (+) of Dr Fixit or eqe.

M & L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) M&L for 15mm thick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on existing surfaces. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying 3mm thick APP polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/Sqm with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied over a coat of bitumin of Gde 85/25 1.2 kg per sqm complete by torch application method all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or inserting APP Mambrane, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth on stone walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand blasting, scrubbing down conrete sufrace with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layess of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm,total thickness of gunite n.exc 25mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar 1: 2 using OPC 53 grade cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and finally applying cement plaster over gunited surface of required thickness to give even, uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper gerometrics in cement mortar ( 1 : 3) to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets , columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 4 storey bldgs all as specified. (Note : Steel welded mesh is to be tightend / welded with the existing re-inforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor).

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilling and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces wall by brooming down scrapping down smoke and efflorescent salts etc and applying two coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface on walls and applying 2 coat of OBD over a coat of chalk whiting complete all as specified.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length including mild steel stack clamps fixed in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plants/trees of girth n exe 30 cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/CI/PVc pipe joints which were damged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level complete all as specified as directed. Notes (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exe 1.00 K m all as directed by engineer -in charge. (iiI) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same.
