Plain Cement concrete in 1:5:10 [one cement, five M-sand and ten course aggregate] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of Square / Rectangular Columns including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Filling in foundation and basement with excavated earth (or) soil in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and delivery and fixing of 3000 litre HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading,unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A three phase service connection with 3 Nos. 32A fuse unit(500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank onwall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit SD-126

Supply and fixing of 32A fuse unit (500V) as per standared specifications.

Supply and run of 4 of 4 Sq.mm (56/0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed Copper conductor cable of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains.

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm. (56/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia GI pipe (Class 'B') bent at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains.

Supply and delivery of 50mm (2") G.I Pipes (Medium) with IS specification etc., complete.

Supply of PVC insulated and sheathed 4.0 Sq.mm 3 core flat type copper cable conforming to IS 694 / 1990 etc., complete.
