Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded) in louvers and jallies, 25mm thick , including all mouldings but excluding frame set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick 1:4 on stone surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brickwork finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint of approved shade over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc.250m but n exc.500m and depositing where directed from starting point complete all as specified and directed.
