Maintenance of lawns, Trees, Shrubs, hedges etc (34000 Sq.mX12 operation ).i.e. watering of plantation & lawns, weeding out the areas and sweeping, trimming the hedges, shrubberies, top dressing of manure & soil, hoeing the soil around plantation and making it smooth, removing of stones, debris etc. & keeping the area in clean condition as perspecifications & directed by EIC including disposal of all cut grass leaves etc.complete inclusive of disposal daily by truck or hand cart within Colony area at locations specified by the department . (Actual area of garden maintained will be measured in Sq.M. pucca drain, manhole chambers & within garden area will not be considered for measurement.)

Cleaning of footpath paver block including removing grass from the joints of paver blocks and disposing the same, within colony area etc.complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-charge and also by etc. (313 operations x 7800 Sq.m)

Cleaning of rain water harvesting pits, in and around the PTAA complex two times in a year, cutting & removeing the wild vegitation from pits & cleaning the sand below by screening for easy flow of rain water in to the pits all as per specification & as directed by EIC.

Providing and planting following Shrubs including digging of pits of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm filling pits with well mixed mixture of approved quality red soil and farm yard manure in 1:1 proportion, (excluding cost of red garden soil & manure) consolidation, watering, planting the well grown and healthy shrub sapling of height as specified below, profuse watering after planting saplings and disposing of grass/surplus earth at specified locations inside Anushakti Nagar etc complete all as directed by the Engineer - in-charge.

Providing and spreading of red garden soil free from stones & grass etc. at site as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

Providing and spreading of well decomposed, dry farm yard manure free from soil & undecomposed grass etc. at site as per specifications & directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Measurements will be as per truck body dimensions without any deduction of voids.)

Providing and broad casting/ spraying of Chemical Fertilizers.

Sufala fertilizer / equivalent.

Urea fertilizer

Cutting of wild grass, in & around the PTAA complex (1754 Sq.m X 6 operations ) as & when required so as to control the growth of grass, (any time not more than 100mm in heights) through out the year, including disposal of all cut grass trimmed to be disposed daily by truck or hand cart within colony area at locations specified by department as per directions of EIC.

Pruning of tree branches around inside the PTAA complex & Convention centre including disposal of all trimmed branches & cut wood at locations specified locations by the department.
