Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following minimum capacity 4 way flow VRV/ VRF Cassette type indoor ceiling mounted unit equipped with synthetic washable media pre-filter, fan section with low noise fan/ dynamically balanced blower, multi speed motor, coil section with DX copper coil, electronic expansion valve, outer cabinet, drain pump, grill, necessary supports, vibration isolation, chord less remote control etc, suitable for operation on single phase, 230 volt, 50 Hz AC Supply. The units shall have automatic force shut down provision in case of fire on receiving signal from BMS system. TERMS & CONDITIONS

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc.

(ii) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

(iii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

(iv) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
