Plain Cement concrete (M 20) Nominal Mix using 20mm graded metal using concrete mixer - using 20mm HG metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as, machine mixing, laying concrete , curing, including contractor's profit and over head charges etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges & taxes like GST etc. (APSS 402)

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with 2nd class Bricks traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms as per Table - I of IS:1077-1992 Non-Modular or traditional size 23x11x7cm, having compressive strength not less than 35kg/cm2, including cost & conveyance of all materials and labour charges, centering & scafolding charges, constructing masnory, lift charges, curing, overhead charges & Contractors profit etc., complete. But excluding seignorage chages and taxes like GST. (APSS No.501 & 504) for Super structure.

Plastering to brick masonry wall with 20mm thick double coat in CM (1:6) 16 mm thick base coat and CM (1:4) of 4mm thick top coat with dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges, over heads & contractor profit, all operational, incidental such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves,finishing, curing, but excluding seigniorage charges and taxes like GST etc., complete for for finished item of work. (APSS 901 & 904) for uneven surface / outer Walls.

Plastering to brick masonry wall with 12mm thick double coat in CM (1:5) 8 mm thick base coat and CM (1:3) of 4mm thick top coat with dubara sponge finish including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges, over heads & contractor profit, all operational, incidental such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, including cutting of Grooves,finishing, curing, but excluding seigniorage charges and taxes like GST etc., complete for for finished item of work. (APSS 901 & 904) (CSSR) for Even Surface/ Internal Walls.

Painting to new walls with 2 coats of plastic emulsion/ Acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ Lit. or Equivalent and shade over Priming Coat with Cement Primer Waterbase Interior Gr- 1 (making three coats) on New Plastered Surfaceafter thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., but excluding taxes like GST etc, complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls
