Supply & Fix in replacement of 66 KV, 800 Amp copper GOS with insulator in existing structure with necessary aluminum busbar / conductor connection in both sides with suitable clamping arrangements for smooth operation including testing all as directed : Notes Rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for complete testing of insulator and GOS for entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of traffo difference and integrated protection relay including microprocessor relay and display complete for 66 KV SF6 traffo control and relay panel control panel including Trip/Alarm/Out of service/healthy/edit modefollowing display parameter all as specified and directed. Material and labour for maintenance, servicing & Oil Leakage arresting UPTO 250 KVA, 11KV rating, Distribution Transformer, providing necessary gaskets, Oil Seals, cleaning, dusting, decarbonising, tightening loosened parts, including replacing worn out part copper studs, bolts nuts and washers replacing oil Seals, HT bush, gasket including unserviceable coil, replacing of defective minor items such as as and when required complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- The item spare parts oil to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately, However minor items such as GASKET , NUT and bolt shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. The rates are inclusive of crane charges for lifting and re assembling from the structure.

Supply and fix in repair LT bushing complete with insulator and packing suitable1100 volt grade complete with nut bolts, brass studs, insulator and gasket etc suitable for 63 to 500 KVA, 11 KV rating out door/Indoor transformer.

Notes for item No 05 to 11 : 1. Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deem to include for opening of top plate of transformer/decanning of oil from transformer up the level as per requirement and assemble the same after replacement of bushing rod. 2. Bushing rod shall be replaced at site. transformer will not be allowed to send to workshop at any cost and all bushing replacement work shall be executed at site only.

Material and labour for spray painting of distribution transformer with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of smoke grey colour after neatly cleaning and preparing the surface for spray painting the transformer of the following capacity including writing SM / MES No (5 cm height) with white enamel paint of cap upto 250 KVA, 11KV rating transformer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of HT current transformer 11 KV rating of capacity 200 / 100 / 5-5 including testing commissioning of through primary injection method with suitable testing kit and also checking the control panel wiring including setting the CT range with relays setting for proper functioning/tripping and taking out old unserviceable CT complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply amd fixing in replacement of moving contact assembly suitable for HT OCB 11 KV 400 Amps to 800Amp OCB including dismantling the old unserviceable moving contact assembly suitable for HT OCB complete all as specified and as directed. Make:as per existing
