100mm thick granular sub base using moorum / red bajri filling spread, rolled with power road roller of capacity 8 to 10 Ton and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying priming/tack coat with bituminous (Grade VG-10) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Mixing to be carried out at Hot Mixing Plant and spreading by Mechanical paver.

Preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and providing evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer viscosity of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5.0 Kg per 10 Sqm and laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed. ABS plastic speed breakers 350 x 50 x 250 mm ,including fixing nails/scews/polymer and surface dressing for even and levelled surface as in repairs including taking down of existing one all as spfd and directed by Eng-in-charge (CAT NO DA 1005) (DARK EYE/GUNNEBO/YASH)

Supply and fix in repair road side sign board size (1.2m x 1.2m) both side printed retro reflective sheet with logo, border, errows, figure and letters (Hindi/English) (shape, size and matter are different in each board) as per sample approved by the GE including taking down old reflective board and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation new bituminous surfaces of road by scratching spots, oils, greasy spots etc and Painting lines, arrows, dashes, letters. etc on road pavements and the like, not exceeding 10cm wide by applying thermoplastic road marking paint , white or golden yellow colour as MORTH specification MOST 803.4 complete all as specified and as directed.
