Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light/fan/socket or power) complete including taking out existing unserviceable terminal boxes & conduit with switches/sockets/fan regulators and fittings such as ceiling rose, pendants, tube light fittings, lamp holders, brackets light fittings, rectangular blocks, DB, MCB etc. and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. to match with the existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 1.00 (here-in-before) but excluding existing concealed conduit.

M&L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including concealed PVC rigid non metallic conduit 20/25mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) with all fittings such as tees, bends etc including modular sunk type pressed steel box with & including modular cover plate and frame for housing switches, sockets, regulator, etc’, complete, all as specified & directed. . (Note :- Switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of BoQ' ).

All as per item No 03.00 (here-in-before) but ceiling fan /exhaust fan point controlled by one Number one way switch.

Note:- Two lengths of 6 Sqmm cable, one length of 6 Sqmm cable and one length of PVC conduit will be measured as one length.

S&F sheet metal enclosure Single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with and including one 20 Amp SPN MCB 'C' curve complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia by means of GI nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connection to main switch board/Test point/panel/equipment and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, charcoal and salt in alternate layer 15 cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and 15 mm bore upto 7.50 metre long GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles/wall with two clamps, made from MS flat 25 mmx3mm, bolts, nuts and washers, PCC chamber (1:3:6) type C1, 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4 type B1 shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified & as directed including dismantling & taking out old existing unserviceable earthing. S&F in replacement street light LED light fitting 20 Watt, pressure die cast housing with epoxy powder coating, IP65, connected with and including 0.5 sqmm flexible copper multistranded conductor cable including security light bracket made to shape out of GI pipe 25mm dia light grade 1.5m length and fixed with MS clamps of size 40x5mm - 2 Nos, nuts, bolts and washers fixed on wall all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing of Flameproof cum Waterproof LED Bulk Head light fitting of 100W, IP66 protection of Cast Aluminum alloy material and Heat and Imppact resistance toughen 'A' clear glass having Anti corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Z one 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 25mm dia with fittings like tees , bends, elbow, reducer, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc complete fixed on wall / ceiling all as specified and as directed.
