M & L for Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab shall be carried out as specified below including taking down of existing old bitumenous tarfelt including cement screed bed remving debris to a distance of exe 100m and n exe 250m and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab including removing of bitumen primer applied on slab all and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The laying of membrane with a 75 mm longitudinal and 100mm transverse direction overlap shall be provided.
