REPAIR / MAINT OF FANS AND CONNECTED ALLIED WORKS IN OTM ACCN AT AF STN UTARLAI

Taking down carefully to existing copper/Aluminum point wiring (light,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, sockets, boxes, light fitting etc and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping (ISI Mark) with all accessories including providing PVC board heavy duty alongwith copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded(FRLSH) copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm as continous earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified.

Taking down ceiling fan of any make & sweep by disconnecting clips, lock nuts etc. from existing position of any height.(Note- Repair & maintenance shall be paid seperately under relevant items)

Hanging only ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep after repair & maintenance.

M&L for painting of ceiling fan complete,in situ/lying in store with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) by spraying including filling cavities with filler, one coat after cleaning all dust etc.

M&L for removing of old burnt winding of fan any type and rewinding the stator with superior quality super enamelled copper wire of suitable size including insulation drying after varnishing complete all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair bearing suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep ISI marked.

S&F in repair fan down rod of size 2' (60cm) suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete.

S&F in repair fan down rod of size 3' (90cm) suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep complete.

S&F in repair of rubber shackle and split pin with galvanised clamp complete with nuts, bolts washer, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge
