Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipe, cable, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/ loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for, plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, LED street light fittings of 70W made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass cover, IP66 protection, high power LEDs with secondary lenses and system efficacy should be minimum 110 Lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection and external 10KV surge protection inside luminaire housing for trouble free service life all as per Cat No.SLE UL 70W IP66 NGL of M/s Surya Pvt Ltd or make as specified in PS . THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K and Brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 2 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs for, LED bollard light 10W cool day light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with inverted pyramid tripd type difuser with 360 degree sofl light distribution, IP66 protection, high power LEDs and system efficacy should be greater than 100 Lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection all as per Cat No.FLR SLE BL 10W 1000 of M/s Surya Pvt Ltd or make as specified in PS . THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K and Brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 2 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for post top lantern, LED 40 watts aluminium powder coated housing, IP65 protection and lumen efficacy of 80lm/W driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection, THD shall be <10%, Power Factor>0.95, CCT 5700K all as per Cat No.ETPP SLE PT 40W of make Surya or make as specified in PS and and Brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 2 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 200W LED flood light made of pressure die cast aluminium housing with integrated polycarbonate IP Lens cover, IP66 protection and system efficacy should be greater than 120 lumen per watt and LM79 report should be provided from NABL accredited lab. Driver should be BIS approved silicon filled potted driver with inbuilt 4KV surge protection and external 10KV surge protection inside luminaire housing for trouble free service life. THD shall be <10%, Power Factor >0.95, CCT 5700K all as per Cat No. SLE FL 200W IP66 LMS NEO-N of make Surya or equivalent model of make as specified in PS and brand name should be embossed/engraved on the LED fitting for traceability till life. Warranty should be 02 years and warranty certificate should be provided on OEM letterhead at the time of delivery complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PVC insulated multicore FR PVC sheathed 1.5 sqmm 3 core multi stranded copper conductor for connection of security light from junction box to security light, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for, street light bracket, fabricated out of 40mm bore GI tubing medium grade, 1.5m length bend to the shape, mounting with MS clamp of flat iron size 40 x 5mm of suitable length 2 pairs including nut and bolts etc including taking down old unserviceable bracket, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, power contactor 3 pole 65 Amp, complete all as specified and directed. Make: ABB/ L&T/ Legrand as approved.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning for, 63 Amp, TPN 415 volts 10KA 'C' series MCB, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 6 sqmm, 2 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 16 sqmm, 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for, sand cushioning (dry) in trenches for protection of UG cables (below, above and around the UG cable laid in trenches) of 230mm spread thickness and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only shall be measured and paid for).

Material and labour for, sub class 'B' brick, well burnt, old size, flat, laid breadth-wise along the axis of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, loop out junction box of size 300 x 200 x 110mm made out of 1.6mm thick SMC sheet weather proof dust and vermin proof with hinged door and locking arrangements with slanting cover on top and provision of 04 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 20 x 5mm fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity Amps complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamp, washer, nuts and bolts etc. including taking down old unserviceable box, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Sintex/Macedon/Hensel as approved.

Supply and fix for, cable junction box 155 x 210 x 92mm in size, made out of thermo plastic sheet having IP66 protection all as per Cat No.DK-1600 G of Hensel or of make Sintex/ Macedon as approved for outdoor installation fixed/ flushed on PCC foundation or GI pipe including taking out old unserviceable box, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair for, 8KW, 3 phase nature switch (using infrared sensor technology) based automatic street light timer switch for automatic switching On/ Off street light based on lux level of nature light (required illuminance level for switching On is < 60 lux and for switching OFF> 10 lux). The sensor should also have part night operation facility of min 4 hrs to max 12 hrs consisting of sensor, over load protection fuse gear, 03 Nos contactor, 03 Nos outgoing MCBs of 32-40 Amps each and circuit wiring (copper) of min 10 Sqmm terminal blocks for cable entry and control unit enclosed in pole/ wall mounted enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof thermoplstic polycarbonate enclosure (with hinged lid) conforming to IP66 protection fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25 x 3mm thick, bolts and nuts as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/ Indo Asian/ Kaktia Energy system Pvt Ltd as approved. Note: Prce is inclusive of sensor, contactor, incoming and outgoing MCBs, enclosure etc. (ii) SS nuts, bolts, clamp for fixing on poles/ wall are to be included in the quoted rates (iii) The sensor must have the warranty of min of 2 years (iv) The test certificate and warranty certificate must be provided by the contractor.

Supply and fix in repair for, 1 x 60 watts LED gate light outdoor type made of pressure die cast aluminium housing suitable for retrofit LED lamps, IP65 protection, dimension of 189 x 370mm mounted on post and pillars including all its accessories, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells/ Phillips/ Surya as approved. Note: Making of post for fixing of gate light and LED bul is included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour for 25mm dia high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 for passing of cable through PCC foundation from trenches to cable junction box, complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for manual horizontal boring under a depth of 0.65m for passing of GI cable protection pipe upto 50mm bore dia, under road/ foot path not exc. 6.00m in a single length, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for, GI tubing 40mm bore, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection under the road/ path/ pole/ wall, complete all as specified and directed.
