Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.in Cement Mortar including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work in plain arches in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level including centering and shuttering complete for span up to 6 metres with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on Rough side of brick/Concrete /stone walls for interior plastering up to all floor level including arises internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth in cement motar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Sand) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 500x500 mm Approved quality

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat.including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F M.S. Pipe 40mm nominal bore for railing & fixed in M.S. Angle/Channels etc. including primer coat carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket waste and ventilating pipes FINOLEX including fixing with approved adhesive etc . Complete 150 mm dia including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer in charges
