Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any postion not otherwised specificaly provided as in louvers/jalli complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete,brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or concrete surfaces, etc, any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered, old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down with steel brushing,scraping down smoke soot's moulds moss and efflorescent salts trading oil greasy sport etc and applying two coat of cement base paint all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, on new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth, including preparation of steel surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, as on concertain angles/fencing angles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered / Brick surfaces of by rubbing down and scrapping down with steel wire brushes and applying one coat of exterior grade acrylic emulsion alkali proof ( Ist quality)on wall all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 as on brick walls finished the surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement all as specified and direted.(Plaster on wall height up to 8.0mtr)

Material & Labour for preparation newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation newly plastered surfaces & applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in posts holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and making good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 asin coping, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Mild Steel angle iron or other flat or round sections cofirming to Fe-290 Gde E165 as required for posts or struts in fencing including cutting at top and bottom to shape as directed, including welding the cut portion at top, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. mild steel round bar 6 mm dia nibs, connecting struts to posts with 2 Nos. mild steel bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia and washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Galvanised two strands, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured

Fixing only and restraining, resecuring incl making good staples etc, (Galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing) to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each line of wire to be measured. Old wire retreved from dismanling.

Supply and Fixing fixed in repair Barbed razor type concertain coil fixed on existing angle post and barbed wire over security wall with coil of 8 to 10 turns per coil of minimum weight of coil 14.50 Kg ,hot dip galvanised and binding with and including MS annelled wire of 0.60 mm ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labourfor brickwork with using subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Factory made precast perforated rectangular/circular manhole cover (dia 600mm/ or size 600X600 mm) with collar medium duty having capacity not less than 10 Metric gton complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour precast cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggragate as in louvers and jallies, 45 mm thick (measured solid) incl. all mould set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour racking out joints/pointing to brick work in walls or to brick on edge in floors surface channels, roof etc in CM complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for flush pointing to brick walls in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for providing Cement Concrete in mix 1:3:6 type C2 in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit of Rs 46450.00 for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit
