Surface Excavation not exceeding 30 Cm deep and averaging 15 Cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area, not exceeding 1.5 M depth and getting out in Hard/ Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for embankment for construction of bitumious road including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc n exc 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils exceeding 50 mtr but not exceeding 200 mtr and depositing in layers where directed at a level n exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rolling and consolidating to a required level gradient or camber formation surface of road formation surfaces/ berm surface in cutting with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 150 mm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM in two layers (75mm each), with using stone aggregate of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), granite trap or basalt, spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing Unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly priming tack coat with Bitumen Primer using paving bitumen of VG-10 @ 10 kg per 10 sqm over cleaned surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40 mm thick consolidated thickness Bituminous Premixed semi dense ashphaltic concrete using combined graded aggregate ie crushed stone coarse aggregate, fine aggregate (sand) and fille (inherent filer/OPC 43 grade) of physical properties as specified and as per table given (refer SSR Part-I 2009), preheated mixed with 5.5% binder (VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laid and spread means of self propelling mechanical spreader/paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8-12 tonn complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) The job design formula shall be got down from The mix design tests shall be carried out only in SEMT wing/Govt approved lab/National test House/Engineering College as approved by the GE before commencement of work. (b) As a result of job mix formula, if quantity of binder content works out to be more than 5.5% than no extra payment shall be made to the contractor and in case its quantity works out be less than 5.5% than minimum binder content of 5.5% given herein above shall be provided. (c) The premix semi-dense asphltic concrete shall be procured form computerized hot mix plant as approved by GE. (d) The vintage of sensor paver shall not be more than 05 years

M&L for continuous brick edging using full bricks of sub class "B" old size bricks width equal to width of bricks laid dry on end vertically including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing bituminous surface of road and marking strips, centre lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc of applying 2.50 mm thick (reflective type) on new road/pavement and the like surface, not exc 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @ 5 Kg/sqm of white or golden yellow by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heaters driven by skilled operator on road surface including removing of all dirt/ dust & other foreign matters at site and also managging traffic complete all complete all as specified and directed
