SOFA SET 4/5 SEATER [FD-281/373]

Removing of old / worn out unserviceable foam cushions and S&F of 100mm thick 40 density flexipuff foam of size 560 mm x 530 mm, foam encased in white long cloth and covered with superior quality tapestry cloth (Tapestry not less than Rs. 530/- per mtr) of shade as approved. Rest all as per drawing/complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing new tapestry cloth costing not less then Rs 530/- per meter of approved colour / shade / texture suitable for 560mm x 530mm x 100mm size foam cushion seat / back stitched three sides and provide best quality zip on one side for opening and closing suitable for sofa chairs as per drawing FD-281/FD-373 including taking out old unserviceable/wornout cloth complete all as specified and as directed.

BIN SOILED LINEN MULTIPURPOSE [Drg No : FD-E6/MAP/09] Removing following unserviceable components from Bin Soiled Linen Multipurpose and S&F new components as per the following and fixing the same without disturbing the other parts complete wherever shown on drawing and making functional the furniture as per drg and specification :-

Top of pre-laminated particle board of 18 mm thick OSD exterior grade

Left/right side pre laminated particle board, 18 mm thick, OSD exterior grade

Drawer of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board OSD exterior grade

Shutter of 18 mm thick pre-laminated particle board OSD exterior grade

Legs as per existing shape and size with second class hardwood

Bow handle 100 mm long chromium plated

M&L for applying two coat of wood polish high glossy/ French polish all exposed wood surface as per drg or as directed.

CHAIR VERANDAH [Drawing No FD/MAP-II/15 & 06] Removing following unserviceable components from chair verandah and S&F new components as per the following and fixing the same without disturbing the other parts complete wherever shown on drawing and making functional the furniture as per drg and specification:-

Seat of Chair Verandah made of PVC

Back of Chair Verandah made of PVC

PVC hard rubber shoe standard quality

Painting of Chair Verandah with one coat of synthetic enamel paint white wherever required after rubbing/scrapping surfaces with emery paper for smooth painting. (Note : Surface shall be treated with one coat of red oxide primer before application of paint. Quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of the fact and no extra claim shall be admissible on this account)

CENTRE TABLE [Drg No: FD-29M, FD-235 & FD-274] Removing following unserviceable components from Centre Table and S&F new components as per the following and fixing the same without disturbing the other parts including polishing complete wherever shown on drawing and making functional the furniture as per drg and specification.

M&L removal of unserviceable top of table centre in any position and S&F new table top PFT (Pre Forming Top) made of 18mm thick prelamnated particle board exterior grade, lamination (teak Shade) extended upto minimum 50mm from the bottom ege fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L providing cover new tapestry cloth costing not less then Rs 530/- per meter of approved colour/shade/texture suitable for CHAIR DINING (MAP)/[Drawing No FD/E6/MAP/10(R)]0mm stitched three sides and provide best quality zip on one side for opening and closing suitable for chairs as per drawing above including taking out old unserviceable/wornout cloth complete all as specified and directed.

Quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of the fact and no extra claim shall be admissible on this account)

TEAPOY VERANDAH [Drg No: FD-255 & FD/E6/MAP/17] Removing following unserviceable components from Teapoy Verandah and S&F new components as per the following and fixing the same without disturbing the other parts complete wherever shown on drawing and making functional the furniture as per drg and specification:-

M&L removal of unserviceable top of teapoy verandah in any position and S&F new table top PFT (Pre Forming Top) made of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade, lamination (teak Shade) extended upto minimum 50mm from the batton edge fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Hard rubber shoe as per existing of approved quality

M&L Welding to existing broken/ cracked joints of teapoy verandah with smooth welding as per standard workmanship/ specification complete all as specifiedand as directed. Note- Welding of broken/ cracked joints shall be measured as one unit for one joint.

Pull out tray small made of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade one side nutural teak faced (Rear and front sides) and 6mm thick commercial ply of BWR grade for bottom with recess handle of approved quality to pull out the tray

Pull out tray large made of 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade one side nutural teak faced (Rear and front sides) and 6mm thick commercial ply of BWR grade for bottom with recess handle of approved quality to pull out the tray

Side with 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade one side natural teak faced
