Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, beyond 10 Meters etc. complete as required.

Supplying & laying of 1.1 KV grade, XLPE insulated, armoured and sheathed aluminium conductor cables confirming to IS: 1554 Part-I 1964 of 3½ X 240 sq. mm size including providing & making cable termination by crimping joints as required, for interconnecting the equipment / motor and switch-boards as required at site. Suitable clamping arrangement shall be provided for cables to be fixed on walls / Cable trays / racks where necessary. Suitable cable glands shall also be provided for all cable terminations.
Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.
Dismantling of 3 Nos. 100 TR Chillers alongwith existing steel structure from the roof floor, 11 Nos. Chilled water pump sets, chilled water piping, Valves, Strainers etc. damaged parts of existing HVAC System including disconnecting from supply main, cutting & disconnecting the existing piping connections & store at the place directed by Engineer-in charge etc. Complete as required.
Sub Head -II
MAINTENANCE AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD Comprehensive maintenance of complete HVAC System on yearly basis after expiry of free maintenance of 12 months under warranty period.
1st year after expiry of 12 months free warranty period
2nd year after expiry of 12 months free warranty period
3rd year after expiry of 12 months free warranty period
4th year after expiry of 12 months free warranty period
5th year after expiry of 12 months free warranty period
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT 1. In case OEM is directly bidding for the tender OEM will give a confirmation that they will provide after sales support for TEN years. 2. The tenderer will have to produce an authorization letter of OEM specific to this tender to quote against this tender on printed letter head in ORIGINAL of the OEM. 3. OEM will also confirm in the same letter that they will be directly responsible to provide after sales support for TEN years. 4. It is mandatory to fill the technical sheet. 5. It is mandatory that tenderer should visit the site, assess all foreseeable difficulties and quote rates accordingly. Rates should final and all inclusive. 6. Maintenance schedule to be submitted along with the offer. 7. The main contract that is for Sub Head- I shall be concluded on successful supply installation, Testing & Commissioning of systems. For Comprehensive maintenance work (Sub Head - II), Supplementary Agreement will be drawn with the EE (E) concerned. 8.Manpower will be deployed by the agency at site to rectfy the complaints and for co-ordination for the work. For this, one mobile no. with whatsapp facility will be provided by the agency. 9. Adequate inventory of material will be kept at site by the agency for prompt attending the complaint. 10. Complaint received in Fore Noon will have to be attended by After Noon and complaints received in Afternoon will have to be attended by Forenoon of next day. Emergency complaints, if any, will have to be attended immediately at any time including odd hours. 11. The Agency should quote amount keeping in view all Statutory requirements including minimum wages/ESI/EPF etc.
Note:- 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each staff. 2. The firm shall provide each staff with working cell phone. 3. The operators may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E). 4. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes shall be quoted by the firm as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 5. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 6. Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, and IGST) as required. 7. If annual maintenance contract charges are required to be quoted as per SOW, basic charges should be shown in column 5 & the Goods and Service Tax (GST) in column 7 to 9 & 12 to 14. 8. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 9. In case, dealer is registered under compounding scheme or any rule/notification where the BSNL is not eligible for input tax credit then the bidder should not disclose any amount in column 7 to12 & 14. 10. % age Rate of FF & Packing should be shown of basic unit price excluding all taxes & charges (i.e. as %age of col.4). 11. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc. 12. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers. 13. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST. Declaration by Bidder 1. We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date. 2.
