Cleaning of treated water undergroud water storage sump of capacity 50,000 Gln at STP 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 by specialized water tank clean " TANK CLEAN" process as under :- Note 1 :- All workers will wear mask and carry all necessary T&P for protection and smooth working before start cleaning process. The contractor will take prior permission from Engineer-in-charge in written before starting work and will brief all aspect i.e Date and time of cleaning start and completion so that suitable arrangment may be made to supply water during cleaning process. Contractor will depute manpower in such manner that water supply time do not hamper. (a) Mechanized dewatering and scrubbing the surface of floor and wall till removal of dirt, sendiments, fungus and the stains and cleaning, removal of sludge and shifting as directed. (b) High pressure cleaning. (c) Soak the dirt and sendiments by Vacuum cleaning. (d) Anti bacterial spray on all dimensions inside tank. (e) M&L for marking date of cleaning on tank by using synthetic enemal paint, font design and letter size will be as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (2) Sludge/dirt and other sand debries etc will thrown out to place as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (3) Each STP shall be measured and paid as one Job, If contractor failed/delayed after intimation for cleaning of each plant, penalty @ 20000/- shall be recoverd from his dues and contractor's claim on this account shall not be entertained.

Removing silt ( mud) from sewage pump well at STP 3 Queens Road (size depth 7.5 meter, dia3.5 meter covered with RCC roof and wall) and cleaning the bottom portion and sides of pump well by using man power at equal intervel of 6 months from date of commencement of contract, Proper cleaning of sewage tank by following method complete all as mentioned below:- Note for item No 2 and 3 :- (a) All workers should be experienced for sewage pump well cleaning and necessary safety equipments including mask and other T&P for workers should be arranged by contractor before start cleaning process. (b) The contractor will take prior permission from engineer in charge in written before starting work and will brief all aspect i.e. Date and time of cleaning start and completion so that suitable arrangement may be made. Contractor will supply T&P and manpower in such manner that cleaning should be done without hampering sewage system. Note -(1) Sludge/dirt and other sand debries etc will thrown out to place as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (2) If contractor failed/delayed after intimation for cleaning of each plant, penalty @ Rs 30000/- shall be recoverd from his dues and contractor 's claim on this account shall not be entertained.

Proper cleaning of RCC stilling chamber, RCC fine bar screen I&II, RCC Grit chamber I&II, RCC Oil and grease chamber, Equalization tank, MBBR tank I&II, Flocculator, Tube settler, CCT, RCC Filter feed tank, RCC slurry/ sludge sump by experienced workers with safety equipments and T&P items required for cleaning of all above said parts of sewage treatment plant of 05 Nos at equal intervel of 01Month from date of commencement of contract complete all as mentioned below:- (a) By mechanised dewatering and scrubbing the surface of floor, wall till removal of dirt, sediments and cleaning sludge removal and shifting as directed. M&L for rectification of leakage from 50mm HDPE bore pipe line by cutting & replacement of defective HDPE pipe and refixing the same after cleaning and by connecting with old line with and including necessary fittings HDPE welding (Hot plate welding) for old & new pipe including necessary exacavation & earth work as required complete all as specfied and directed .

M&L for rectification of leakage from 100mm HDPE bore pipe line by cutting & removing 1 meter pipe length of pipe, and refixing the same after cleaning and connecting with old line by providing necessary fittings such as suitable sockets & do HDPE welding (Hot plate welding) for old & new pipe for connecting complete including necessary exacavation & earth work as required for making it serviceable complete all as specfied and directed .

M&L for rectification of leakage from 150mm HDPE bore pipe line by cutting & removing 1 meter pipe length of pipe,and refixing the same after cleaning and connecting with old line by providing necessary fittings such as suitable sockets & do HDPE welding (Hot plate welding) for old & new pipe for connecting complete including necessary exacavation & earth work as required for making it serviceable complete all as specfied and directed .

M&L for rectification of leakage from 250mm HDPE bore pipe line by cutting & removing 1 meter pipe length of pipe, and refixing the same after cleaning and connecting with old line by providing necessary fittings such as suitable sockets & do HDPE welding (Hot plate welding) for old & new pipe for connecting complete including necessary exacavation & earth work as required for making it serviceable complete all as specfied and directed .

Dismentling of centrifugal/ monoblock pump set after disconnecting from power mains & pipe line of capacity 5 HP, 3 phase, 415 volts 50 Hz, AC of make ' Kirloskar" from foundation and dismantling for overhauling repair including replacement of unservicable part oiling , greasing, reinstalling and connecting with suction / discharge line with correct alignment by replacing gland studs and making complete electric connection including testing complete after carring out repairs if any under item No 11.02 to 11.04 complete all as specified and directed. (Note- spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid separetaly as supply only and cost of taking out old & fixing new if any ordered for item No 9.02 to 9.04 shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item)

(ii) PH and residual chlorine shall be tested on daily basis in the presence of JE E/M /AGE E/M. PH meter and chlorine testing kit shall be provided by the contractor and cost of which shall be deemed to be included in above quoted rates.
