Earth work Excavation for Foundation of structures upto 3.00m depth as per drawing and technical specification clause 1104 including seting out construction of suring and bracing removal stumps and other deletarious methods dressing of sides and bottoms and back filling with approved material

Providing and laying tack coat over BT surface using 3 kgs. of emusion for 10 sqm.area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Provding and laying butuminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finsher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction including using shredded plastic wastes at 8% of the weight of bitumen used as per Technial Specification clause 504.

Providing and laying tack coat over BT surface using 2.5 kgs. of emusion for 10 sqm.area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Filling gravel for shoulders and berms including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and stacking them to departmental guage for premeasurements and labour charges for filling etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing of HM stone of size 0.75x0.23x0.10 m including cost and conveyance and all other labour charges etc., complete

Road Marking with Hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level uniform and free form streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT&H specification no.803

Road Marker/ Road stud with lens Reflector Providing and fixing reflective road studs of 'Category A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate/ methyl methercrylate/ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lense face with ratro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No.RW/NH 33023/10/97-DO.III dt 11.06.97. The height , width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sq cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/-5 degree . Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in Table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19+/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/-2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500kgf. Fixing wil be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer's recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35-2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc., Complete.

Routine Maintenance after completion of work the road sufrace and shoulder to be maintained in proper condition to make them free from excessive edge drop offs, roughness, scouring and pot holes and cleaning of surface drain including culverts for frre flow of water. Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years. As per General condition of contract para 32.2.2
