Periodical service/repairs to 40 KVA DG set by way of draining out old unserviceable engine oil after removing the drain plug. Cleaning and flushing the engine with kerosene oil so as to remove the deposits inside the engine. Tightening of the drain plug post engine flushing. Providing of the new suitable grade engine oil 8.5 ltrs SAE 15W-40 of genuine make. Checking of oil level with dip stick. Removing the oil filter and p/f of new filter of genuine make after filling it with suitable lubricating oil. Loosening the centre bolts of fuel filters and p/f of the primary and secondary fuel filters with its elements. Removing the air from filters by loosening bleeding screws and using hand primer of feed pump. Cleaning of the air filter. Dismantling the radiator assembly from the engine body and shifting it to workshop for cleaning and minor repairs. Checking for the leak points and soldering them to stop leakages including blowing of the compressed air / flushing of other piping to clean the radiator for smoother flow of coolant. Refitting back the radiator assembly after p/f the new coolant 03 ltrs. Removal of the damaged hoses and replacement of hose pipes of high quality as per sample with clamps. Tightening of all the clamps, nuts, bolts etc. and providing and fitting of the automatic voltage regulator in lieu of damaged/defective one. Cleaning the battery terminals by removing the damaged battery leads, clamps and p/f of new leads, clamps and applying the petroleum jelly after tightening Checking of the electrolyte level as well as its specific gravity. Charging the battery after adding required electrolyte and distilled water. Extracting out the diesel from the diesel tank into an empty drum and stacking it at suitable place. Dismantling the fuel tank from the D.G set by way of unscrewing the nuts and bolts of fuel tank and subsequent cleaning of the fuel tank thereupon with the kerosene oil so as to remove dirt and deposits inside the fuel tank. Fitting back the fuel tank after thorough cleaning with the help of nuts and bolts and subsequently refilling the fuel tank with the diesel extracted earlier. Replacing the two no.s damaged/non functional locks of the canopy door with the new ones. Running and testing of the D.G. set on full load for its efficient running and satisfactory performance. The job also comprises the skilled labor charges, conveyance charges (to and fro), hire charges and cost of material. Complete Job.
Removal of garbage/debris lying near/on the sides/at the mouth/removing of the bushes across grooves etc. of the siphon and dumping it to a nearby dumping site, cleaning of area and dismantling and extraction of trash Rack installed on the Tawi Canal from its grooves with the help of necessary tools &tackles, manual labor and other equipments required and shifting all the material from the site to the workshop in a load carrier for the execution of the repair works as mentioned below :- Extraction of the damaged/corroded trash rack with the help of chain pulley block/crane/ manual labour at Gadwal. Loading of badly damaged, trash rack in transport vehicle with the help of labour and transporting the same to the workshop & again unloading with the help of labour , other tools & tackles. Dismantling/Dismembering the damaged / corroded inner vertical strips and frame work members with the help of gas cutter. fabrication of new trash rack peripheral framework structure of size approx. 1.82 X 1.52 mtrs., made out of ISMC channel 100 x 50 mm. Straightening of 04 No. and Fabrication of 05 No. inner vertical strips made out of MS flat of 50 x 6 mm or higher for newly fabricated frame and their fitting at an average gap of 10 cm. Welding work is to be carried out using good quality water resistant electrodes, conforming to ISI specifications. Grinding and finishing of the welded portions with the help of precision tools in such a way so as to remove blow holes, weld deposits, weld residue, sharp edges etc. Application of two coats of anti corrosive red oxide primer after scraping of dust/ rust with emery paper followed by application of two coats of light blue paint. Transportation/loading of trash rack in private vehicle with the help of crane/labour and transporting the same to the road side & again unloading with the help of crane/ manual labour. Redeployment of the chain pulley block/manual labour for Shifting the trash rack from the road side to the syphon mouth and for the lowering of the trash rack into the grooved channel. Providing/ fitting of nuts/ bolts of required size specifications (as per sample) for holding the trash rack firmly/ robustly .The job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools & tackles, crane, loading & unloading charges etc. Complete Job
