(e) Testing of compressor after servicing/overhauling as per directions of OEM/Manufactures. Note : - (i) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing, overhauling of compressor shall be measured and paid separately as 'supply only' items. However, labour element involved in replacement of parts is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) Any minor parts such as split pins,screw washers, grease etc required to make the compressor functional, even if not notified by Engr-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Material and labour for opening and dismantling both sides covers of condenser and descaling including brazing work wherever required of condenser unit (set of three) for AC plant of 3X 11 TR by pumping descaling chemicals with descaling pump, brushing with rods, cleaning/ oiling of tubes, replacement of gasket and reassembling it after descaling complete all as directed. Note :- 1. The descaling of the condensers of the plant will be carried out by the authorised service representative of the OEM. 2. The chemical and descaling including accessories/equipments shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for repair of chiller/condensor of chiller (set of three) unit of cap 3x11 TR detecting leakage in the system and rectify the leakage in the chiller/condensor of system, flushing the system of any rust and dirt with antirust chemicals, nitrogen pressure testing of chiller & condensor and assembling the system and testing complete, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. The descaling of the condensers of the plant will be carried out by the authorised service representative of the OEM. 2. The chemical and descaling including accessories/equipments shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
