M&L for 12mm thick gypsum board with all connected accessories suitably placed in false ceiling grid of anodised aluminium snap grid confirming to IS - 733, IS-737 and IS - 1265 including all ceiling cleats, 6mm dia GI wire suspender with necessary main tee 35.00 x 23.50 x 1.50mm, cross tee and wall angle of thick 23.50 x 23.50 x 1.50 mm thick 605 x 605 mm grid system complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 10mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, 6 mm dia GI wire suspender with necessary main tee 35.00 x 23.50 x 1.50mm, cross tee and wall angle of thick 23.50 x 23.50 x 1.50 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc. 1.5 sqm but n exc 4 sqm. m each (Without taking off shutters from the frames) .

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5sq. m each (Without taking off shutters from the frames)

Taking down shutters exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each

Taking down & refixing exc 1 sqm but n.exc 2 sqm of shutter in the same opening after repair complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of PVC door including taking down & refixing of shutter in the same opening after repair with necessary 'T' hinge plates stove enameled etc with necessary welding & reviting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp restive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 35mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm², modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed
