Demolition of brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceedings 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to distance n exc 50 m and making good surfac in soft/loose soils

S&F steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing barbed wire fencing etc complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of wrought rion or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced ) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete including dismantling of tiles /Paving Blocks etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 Using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in filling in pits aound M.S Vertical posts including form work etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item above but in half brick walls

M & L for Cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as fencing/grills etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or forged into spiked framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed blasters walkways railings framework of water tanks bracings and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing of any size or type etc complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires of any dia, any mesh size and type to any types of starndards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete Notes : Chain link fencing, nut bolts, and line wires shall be measured separtely under supply only rate

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10 mm dia (machine made) with hezagonal or square at one end and screwed the other ends and fitted with washers and one hezagonal or squre nut exc 5 cm but not 10 cm long etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs re-inforced punched concertina coil of 600mm dia (chrome razer or blade wire) with barbed tape of 0.50 mm thick galvanised steel steel sheet or core wire of dia 2.5mm of high tensile steel wire including galvanised mild steel staple/clips for tying at corssing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining & resecuring inclduing making good staples of galvanised steel barbed wire of any description and any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel Framed work ornamental and intricate design such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balluster; walk ways; railings; framework of watertanks and simillar works conforming to Fe290 gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint on walls including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall including complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer incl preparation of new surface of steel of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
