New construction work of the remaining part of Rasulpur road from NH-11 of Achhnera via Sakatpur

Group-A Excavtion in soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Toppers with disposal upto 1000m Excavtion for roadwork in soil with hydraculic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity inculiding cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, and trasporting to the embankment location with a lift upto 1.5m amd lead upto 1000m as per technical Specifcation clause 302.3

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from availble land as permitted and approved by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1. with all lifts and leads,1000M spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site. spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 (3.14)

Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub grade, adding cement 43 grade OPC @2% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base. Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Cement Treated Subbase)

Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub grade, adding cement @4% by weight to the spread Material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base Cement treeted Base

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using Bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated cleaned by air compressor as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using (VG-10) bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type C as per Technical specification clauses 508.

Providing, laying seal coat by means with VG-10 Bitumen sealing the void in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade cross fall usingType C as per Technical specification clauses 510.

Group- B Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches.
