Cat (A) -Items to be supply and installation

Supplying & installation of 25 KVA 11 KV / 433V, 3 Phase , 50HZ, Dyn11, outdoor ONAN type, Level-II, aluminum wound transformer, i/c first filling of good quality fresh Transformer oil and confirming to IS 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5) and as per specifications attached complete in all respects i/c neutral brought out at lower voltage side , Sign writing etc. complete with installation of Transformer at site including liasioning with Supply Co. for shut down, complete as per specifications attached and confirming to norms fixed by Supply Co. as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of direct connected 3 phase, 4 wire, 40-400 A rating class 1.0 thread through type prodigy meter (for L.T. metering) accuracy class 1.0, frequency 50 Hz +-5%, voltage burden <1.0 w,1.5 VA per 10 KV conforming to relevant IS standard as per PDD specifications complete with Supplying, installation of 16 gauge M.S sheet box of suitable size for fixing of Prodigy meter for rain/weather protection as reqd. complete with connections with suitable gauge Aluminum condor un-armored cable, liasioning with Electricity Supply Co. for providing shut down, sealing of meter, making entry in the system (record) ofElectricity Supply Co. etc. as reqd. (Note-1 : Payment for this item shall be made only after due entry in JPDCL/KPDCL /Electricity Supply Co. records is ascertained. 2. Supplying and Erection of Swaged type Steel Tubular Pole of total length 9 mtr. & designation "410 SP-33" with bottom section 5 mtr. long (165.1 mm. outer dia. , 5.4 mm. thickness) ,middle section 2 mtr. long (139.7 mm. outer dia. , 4.5 mm. thickness) & top section 2 mtr. long (114.3 mm. outer dia. , 3.65 mm. thickness) , with approximate nominal weight of 154 kg , complete with M. S. Plate of size 300 mm. x 300 mm. x 6 mm. welded at bottom , complete with anti climb device etc. as reqd. Erection of steel tubular pole in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Replacement / Supplying and erection of 11 KV triple pole heavy duty link set (air break switch) (2 insulator,1Pc. ) complete with installation at site etc. complete as reqd. Replacement / Supplying and erection of a set of three no. 11 KV Drop-out fuse units complete with earthing rod as reqd. (Note :- Dismantled unserviceable/faulty/burnt material shall be the property of the agency. Rates should be quoted taking due credit on this account.)

Supplying of 7.77 mm. dia. ACSR conductor (Weasel - 6/1 x 2.59) having tensile strength of 1136 Kgs. and approx. weight of 128 Kg / Km complete as required. Supplying & Fixing of angle iron / channel iron / flat iron for brackets / cross arms etc. reqd. for pole top / D.P. structure complete with providing nuts bolts , welding , clamps etc. as reqd. Replacement / Supplying & laying of HT / ABC cable of 11 KV grade Aerial Bunched power cable (ABC Cable) of 11 KV grade of size 3 core x 35 Sq. mm. (Aluminum conductor Cross Linked Polyethylene Insulated (XLPE) individual core screened) a/w load bearing (messenger) conductor 25 sq mm , confirming to IEC 60502 part 1 complete with laying as per site requirement (ISI). Replacement / Supplying & Laying of 3 x 1.5 Sq mm PVC insulated, PVC sheathed flexible copper conductor unarmoured cable of 1.1KV Grade on surface/wall i/c making connections, testing etc complete as reqd. Supplying & making outdoor cable end termination for 3 core x 35 Sq.mm. 11 KV grade Aluminium conductor XLPE, insulated individual core screened H.T.cable with heat shrink joint including all accessories including Sockets, lugs, glands, ferrules, etc. complete in all respects as required for cable.

Supplying , Installation,Testing and Commissioning of Maintenance free Chemical earth station as per latest RDSO specifications consisting of :- a) Copper Bonded steel electrode of 3 metre long, 17 mm dia with copper bonded thickness of minimum 250 microns and UL listed and marked - 1no. b) Maintenance free, environmental friendly, mineral compounds, semi soluble , Non corrosive , conductivity improving material of RDSO approved- 35 Kg. c) Polyplastic , heavy duty, weatherproof, environmetle free earth pit chamber with cover size approx. top dia 250mm, bottom dia 330 mm and height 260 mm Heavy duty of 7 Ton load capacity, the base unit should have knockouts for interconnecting of strips

Providing and fixing 20 mm x 3 mm GI Strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Replacement / Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I.pin , nuts , washers etc. as reqd.(Note :- Dismantled unserviceable/faulty/burnt material shall be the property of the agency. Rates should be quoted taking due credit on this account.)

Replacement / Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV overhead lines with galvanised insulator fittings , ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps , bolts , nuts , washers etc. as reqd.(Note :- Dismantled unserviceable/faulty/burnt material shall be the property of the agency. Replacement / Supplying and erection of three piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 11 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 5KA and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as reqd.(Note :- Dismantled unserviceable/faulty/burnt material shall be the property of the agency. Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV Over head line complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 meters long stay rod , anchor plate of size 45cm x 45cm X 7.5 mm thick , thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm x 600 mm ), 7/4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal size) foundation including excavation & refilling etc as required.

Providing and Fixing H.T. Danger Notice Plate of 250 mm x 200 mm made of mild steel , at least 2 mm thick and vitreous enamelled white on both sides, and with inscription in signal red colour on front side as required.(Note :- Dismantled unserviceable/faulty/burnt material shall be the property of the agency. Dismantling & re-installation of existing Prodigy meter / HT Trivector Meter / CT PT etc complete with dismantling of from existing Prodigy meter / HT Trivector Meter / CT PT etc from Pole mountings complete and re-installation in new circuit as required with fixing on new mountings, sealing of meters and lisioning with JPDCL /KPDCL/ Electricity Supply Co.etc as per requirement.

Replacement of existing faulty fitting and supplying and fixing new 2 feet (60 cms) 20 Watt LED fittting as light source, suitable for operation on 220 volt single phase ac supply complete connections etc. complete as reqd.( M/s Crompton / Havells of similar superior make ) (Note :- Dismantled unserviceable/faulty/burnt material shall be the property of the agency. Replacement of existing faulty outdoor fitting and Supplying and fixing new 25 Watt LED Street Light Energy saving dust and water proof LED fitting with inbuilt controller suitable for operation on 220 V to 240 Volt etc. on existing duly fixed on the existing GI bracket with nuts & bolts etc reqd.( M/s Havells, Philips, CG, Bajaj, Wipro or SS make).
