CONCRETE WORKS Providing and laying plain cement concrete for all depths in pedestals, pathways, copings etc. including tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, shuttering etc. in any shape, thickness, position and rendering to give even and smooth surface in line and level, all complete for specified types of concrete's. PCC to be of nominal mix 1:2:4 by volume (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 crushed stone aggregate) with 20 mm and downsize graded crushed stone aggregates. Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coares sand: 4 graded stone aggregate ) finished with a floating coat of neat cement for following thickness incl. curing as directed BY BPCL OFFICIALS and making false squares on finished surface- 50 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregates AT BPCL KARARI DEPOT AS PER SCOPE OF WORK AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS ATTACHED WITH TENDER 2. EXCAVATION Excavation in soft rock and carting away the excavated earth to an unobjectionable area upto 100 Mts.from plot boundary or stacking rubble or spreading and leveling within the site as the case may be back filling in layers of 150mm thick including compacting the trenches with excavated earth free from organic matters, stones, sharp edged material, etc, complete. 3. BRICK PITCHING work inside Licensed area - Providing and laying pitching using good quality 75KG/SQCM bricks 80MM THICK laid flat as directed by site engineer. Rate includes levelling/preparation of surface, pointing with CM 1:3 and done in the locally prevalent method. The finished surface should give a good aesthetic look. TERMS AND CONDITIONS a) You are advised to visit the site to understand the quantum & nature of work. b) All the material/tools required to do the job shall be supplied by the contractor. c) The quoted rates shall be deemed to have been arrived after firsthand self-assessment of the work by the contractor by visiting the site prior to submission of their offer. d) It would be assumed that you have clearly understood the scope of the work and if not, consult the concerned officer for a clear understanding before quoting the rates. e) Proper Cleaning of existing matter on board and removal from site of waste material will be in scope of vendor. f) Lead/ work completion time should be less than 8 weeks of the desired area by officer in charge.
