Decoupling of 7 cusec discharge pump unit no I from motor and then dismantling the pump from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump on head load to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle Dismantling of 7 cusec discharge split casing pump of pumping unit no I of LIS Aijipur Trewa at workshop for extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Properly cleaning the internal surface of pump.Repairs to pump shaft by filling the worn out portions with SS welding and then turning to bearing size and threading at positions of check nuts. Repairs to impeller by metal filling and grinding to original size. Providing and fitting 2 no’s of new bearing on driving and non driving end of the pump, 2 no’s gun metal neck rings, 2 no’s shaft protection sleeves, 1 no’s check nuts, nuts & bolts, fabrication of 2 no’s new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs on ends of pump. Repair to bearing housing on driving and non driving ends of pumping unit by providing and fitting of bush, turning and fitting of bush to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearing. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasingof bearings and providing and fitting of gasket sheet between upper and lower part of the pump. Providing and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size on both ends of pump. Fabrication of new coupling set as per sample required with new coupling nuts & bolts, rubber bushes, washer, key way etc. The job includes the cost of materials and labour charges. Dismantling of suction pipeline 300mm of unit no I and unit II vertical lengths,bends and footvalves 300mm of both the units at LIS Trewa for civil works i.e retaining wall to be carried out by respective counterpart i.e the civil department .The job includes dismanting of footvalves , vertical lengths 7-9ft for each unit and bends 7ft approx and 4ft approx of the unit I and II respectively . by removing the old nuts and bolts and keeping them at the safe place and then after civil works having carried out ,reassembling the pipes in the same manner as they were dismantled with the help of new nuts ,bolts and rubber sheet .The job includes manual labour, carriage charges ,material cost and crane /gantry hire charges . Repair to 300 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no I by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Fabrication of foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fitting it with foot valve at the end of suction pipe Repair to 250 mm dia sluice valve of unit no I, installed by way of completely dismantling all the internal parts of valve. Fabrication/Replacement of new stem rod with square threads. Providing and replacement of new wedge nut, wedge shape disc with seat ring. Providing and replacement of new gland packing, gland plate with gland nuts. Properly checking inner body of sluice valve for any cavitations voids or corrosion, filling of the cavities and finishing of the same. Providing and fitting of rubber sheet between the flanges with providing of new nuts and bolts.. Shifting back after carrying out repairs to pump to site. The job includes loading, un-loading, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles etc. Complete job. Note:- The Tenderers are requested to visit the site along with concerned JE and quote the rates as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be /done as per actual site conditions. The firm should offer rebate on old material.
